The wait for two items was crazy and it took forever. The customer service at this location was not as friendly as I would like, but it was also like 930 in the evening, so maybe they were having a bad day. I’m just trying to find the silver lining. I’ll have to give it another go before I write them off my list.

If you want food after 10, you wont be getting it here. They stop cooking about an hr early. So they stop cooking and taking orders. Been there many times with leaving without anything to eat.

The staff messed up my husbands order of no Mayo on one bacon king and no mustard or pickle on another order. When Burger King advertises “BK have it your way” I expect the order to be correct. My husband was furious he didn’t eat the food and I proceeded to drive back the next day with my receipt to ask for a refund when the “new manager told me to come back the next day as he couldn’t refund me over $30.” I wasn’t asking for all the money back just what we couldn’t eat. So I came back the next day to speak to Nesto and he seemed irritated by me and the inconvenience as he blamed his staff for not knowing what I was requesting the first day. He said he would speak with his staff to not let it happen again. I would advise everyone to speak up if something isn’t right and get your moneys worth because it’s not cheap anymore to eat drive through. Hold people accountable to their mistakes it’s one way of making improvements. Do your job with pride please.

Rudest service I’ve ever had at a drive thru just now. The guy working started in saying that it would be a 10 minute wait and complained that someone just ordered 15 whoppers, and we agreed to wait and we’re waiting to order. We were there looking at the menu for literally a minute and he said “you can’t just sit there and wait at the speaker for 10 minutes.” Well we ended up just leaving and will never go back. Worst service I’ve ever had anywhere.
