Went through the drive through. They were rude, forgot all our condiments. Went to eat my impossible whopper to realize it was lettuce, tomato, & condiments only, no patty. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The play area at this location has been down for several weeks! I have called about once every 2 weeks for the past 2 months to see if it has opened and they are saying it still needs repaired. What LAZY people, but yet want $20 a hour to pay their bills. That’s laughable. Do your job correctly to actually earn the money not just stand around laughing on your phone talking about customers or personal life.

We love burger king. And we look forward to getting a good whopper or chicken nuggets. So when in Huber, we stopped for a quick bite. Ha. We walk in and there were several ppl who had not been waited in and the 15 minutes (or longer) I stood there, I never saw a staff member waiting on the front. They were all in the back and the one I assumed was supposed to be manning the registers was taking care of the window..Then I watched as orders were all confused when the ppl that were waiting FINALLY did get there food. When I saw that, I knew we would not be getting anything to eat there for a long time…we left..That place needs new management and new training for staff..She should have taken everyone’s orders and then helped the back catch up..It was really ridiculous…and I worked fast food as a teen and know some of what I’m talking about..New Management Needed!!!

The problem with most fast food restaurants especially in the Drive-Thru is, they don’t listen and they don’t care. This Burger King is no exception. I ordered the 2 for 7……a quarter pounder and the big fish. I ordered added onion and extra tarter sauce on the fish sandwich but I received neither. I also didn’t receive the zesty sauce that comes with the onion rings. They were only about two or three cars including myself in the Drive-Thru so they had plenty of time to get my order correct without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I might add the dining room was not busy either. To make it worse, I believe it was the manager that actually waited on me at the window; and if the manager can’t do a thorough and adequate job in taking care of her customers making sure they get the orders right, she can’t expect the rest of her crew to do so either. This is how restaurants fail but somehow this Burger King is supposed to be one of the busiest in the area.

I drive a truck, one to big for drive-through’s. If any place is closed inside, they take my order and give it to me at the door. Cool. This place got rude because I asked if they would do this for me. I come to this place at dark and never had a issue. But this is the 3rd or 4th time during they day I had an issue. They really need to something about their day shift crew.

Went a few weeks ago and they left us on hold for about 10 minutes at the drive thru window because they were extremely backed up on orders. I let that go because I understand things happen. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich with ketchup and mustard only. When we returned home the sandwich had hardly anything on it. It just stinks that my local Burger King offers the worst service out of any that we visit!
