I can’t even believe how disrespectful and absent the staff was. We waited in line patiently for our mobile orders, even asking and being told to wait while they helped customers who came in after us all while our orders sat under their hot light waiting. When we after almost 20 minutes, finally received our on-the-app orders, they were wrong, cold, and incomplete. When calling to speak with a manager, the phone just rings endlessly. It was a terrible experience. The facility seemed clean, but the soda machine was nearly out of everything and as rude as the staff was, I didn’t trust them to not do something to my drink. HORRIBLE.

Recently made a bad review but I deleted and just felt terrible for acting like a terrible person, NO ONE deserves that kind of attitude that I gave so I just wanted to say sorry And if you night shift people are reading this then I got to say I’ve been going through a lot and pretty much lost everything and have not been in in a good mood by any means while that’s no excuse Hopefully you can forgive me And there’s no hard feelings if you spit in my burger… Probably deserve it…. Unfortunately I have had a couple disappointing experiences there. The last time I asked for a plain original chicken meal with coke to drink. The sandwich was soaked in mayonnaise and lettuce and they didn’t give me a drink. I sat at the window for a couple minutes waiting on the person running the window to ask me, what’s up. They looked but wouldn’t come back over. Disappointing.

They ALWAYS fumble my order and the staff always got a nasty attitude when you ask them to fix the issue. That’s assuming they even give you your order. Ordered $65 worth of food they claimed they never got the order repeatedly and money was never refunded. Needs a new staff and proper training on restaurant edicate.

Lady at the Speaker was very rude. Didn’t listen to when we said give us a moment. Got loud at us when we said it for a third time. Probably the WORST person I have ever met at this Burger King and I go to school right up the road. Most definitely will not be going here anymore and telling my friends about this too. They just lost so many customers tonight.

After being told at the speaker to pull up to the window, the guy at the window was very rude and disrespectful and told me I had to go to the speaker next time before I went to the window, he also smelled like alcohol, I don’t understand why this Burger King allows their employees to be drinking on. The job corporate should do something about this.

I come here frequently for orders and every time it takes 10 to 15 minutes before they can even take orders. Like today I came in there for a pick up and the store was closed except mobile orders. They should just close down this location.
