Im have bad experiences with this burger king before but just wanted to mention the young man working the counter last night when i came in around 630/7 oclock, did an excellent job. The lobby was extremely clean. He came up and took my order, was very helpful and was very polite. All of our food came out fresh for once from this place too. Great job!

After a 20-minute back and forth trying to find the correct store when the app sent us to the wrong store we finally get here only to hear the employees that looks grungy as could be in the back say oh they can wait the drive-thru is backed up the inside is completely backed up there is probably about 20 people standing in line honestly I’d rather have a refund insted of the food made by the lethargic dirty looking people working behind the counter that bk chose to hire. but evidently when you order the app Burger King does not refund the money my husband and I waited for over 45 minutes for a ” fast food meal “

Normally here lately my food has been fresh the other night they were so in a rush at the speaker but not at the window it’s annoying my husband order the ChiKing and his food was fresh, My fries were fresh however my Whopper Jr didn’t come fresh at all the cheese I asked for was non-existent and my bacon was burnt and my patties was not even warm nor fresh as I asked for my thing is I don’t mind waiting for my food fresh as we did but giving me this old a*** burger was disgusting and they know it like as fast as they rush you from the speaker that’s really how fast the food should be get them late night workers together before the pandemic and sometime after this store had great service smh

My order wasn’t prepared properly. Cashier dogged my extra patty which wasn’t part of my sandwich. Kitchen through on my sandwich, basically I ate a sloppy sandwich. Kids running store and not one of them care.

It’s been almost a month since my experience but I couldn’t forget to make a review. I came through the drive thru after 11, weather was bad but had a craving for a good Burger King burger everything was good even the onion rings. The young woman at the register was polite and funny. We had to wait for a bit but every item on our order came out fresh! I will return soon.

My daughter just had to eat a BK. Mainly for the crown. Sadly the food was warm at best. But Lynxx loved the cheese sticks.. that were actually mine. But I was ok with her jacking my cheese sticks, as the marinara was wretched.
