Just rolled through the drive-thru around 12:10pm. First off, disclaimer, everyone’s experience varies, so please know your own experience may not reflect mine.
It took about 15 minutes give or take to get through the line. I ordered 5 items. The cashier told me to pull to the front after I paid for my food cause they were waiting on my fresh jalapeño cheddar bites. I did as instructed and when I parked it took me less than 3 minutes to receive my food. I went ahead and started eating it in the parking space and my gosh almost everything was perfectly fresh! My 2 spicy chicken wraps were the best ones I’ve had in a while of going to Burger Kings, and the cheddar bites were piping hot! The only sub par item (which is to be expected) was the medium fries. They were not cold, however, and they didn’t forget the ketchup I asked for. ✨️ Overall lovely food service and straight forward besides the wait. Thank you very much for a delicious meal.

We ordered our food through the drive thru and it took us about 30 minutes to get our food! The first thing we noticed was they forgot our sauce but all the food was in the bag! But when we got home there was no cheese on the double cheese whopper and all of our fried stuff was burnt! Food took forever to be made for it to be nasty!

The manager Lavaun has truly turned the store around. I had an issue with my meal and he definitely fixed the problem. I was so stressed walking into the store with sick kids on my hip and he sure made my day better! The environment was SO SO SO peaceful. I felt extremely welcomed! I know the food is going to be great when he is there managing the store. Not only that he was walking to different tables making sure they were okay. I’ve never seen anything like it at a fast food restaurant. Thank you so much lavaun for an amazing experience!

Went thru the drive thru and ordered got to the drive thru window and pulled my money from my pocket and the bill ripped in half and I was refused my food because she couldn’t take the money it ripped right in front of her and the bill was all there as a cashier I’ve never refused anything like that people are lazy her dumb excuse was she can’t drop it in the safe her drawer would be short but if she taped it back together it would in fact drop in a safe and then you know she would have given it out as change it was a measly 10$ bill. Even after receiving a ripped 20 from them as change a few days ago that’s was taped back together

I’m still in the parking lot ! This place has been turned completely around by the new manager ! He has fresh hot food and even stated he tells his employees if they wouldn’t eat it do not serve it ! Absolutely will be returning ! Thank you for everything u did to turn this place around !

They are under new management and it’s wayyyy better!!! First time in the 5 years I have lived here. I forgot the managers name but he even came outside and made sure everything was up to par.

Enjoyed the new mushroom whopper and jalapeño cheddar bites service was excellent food was fresh and hot and staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to keep myself as a regular guest now I’m so happy with the NEW MANAGEMENT
