As a dad I took my 3 boys to BK in Troy after soccer practice, witch we have 4 nights a week. Went for first time in YEARS to BK and had great food. Best fries hands down and loved my whopper. Great kids toys in kids meals! I filled out servey praising the staff and store. Got my code for free whopper. Boys begged me to go to bk the very next day(I could see this was gonna be a thing during soccer season for us) after practice. I wanted to use my free whopper code I received not 24 hours before. Had a screen shot of code as well as it written on receipt. Manager was “unable to honor this, we don’t do letters” not my issue. This was the same person that helped me the previous day!!! She even talked about welcome back! Then offered me whopper with a discount!!!?? Lost a lost of sales due to this thought process of customer service.

I went through the drive through on Sunday 8/20 and was met with a very rude associate. Not only did she forget 1 of my sandwiches she didn’t give me a receipt either. All I could do was get back in a long drive through line and when I got back around to the window she had the nerve to actually get an attitude with me a say some snarky remarks. She was already very rude and rushing us out the first time around. Maybe if she slowed down a bit she wouldn’t have rushed us off so fast without all our food. I called to let someone know and whoever answered the phone which was A man and then he gave it to a woman who had a bit of attitude herself. If you don’t want to be civil to customers get another job. The food was great but service terrible!

Was traveling south and stopped here to get food and use the bathroom. No soap in bathroom which means the male employee that walked out as I walked in didnt wash his hands, he went back into the kitchen area Im assuming to cook food. I skipped on getting food after that.

Troy BK is a joke! We did a delivery order today. Ordered 3 of the same thing. 3 Big Fish sandwiches & 3 lg onion rings. What was delivered to my door was 2 fish sandwiches & 2 onion rings. Really?! We ordered 3 of the SAME THING…one of the easiest orders they should have today, & they can’t even get that right?! This is 2 weekends IN A ROW that we’ve ordered delivery thru BK Troy & they’ve gotten it wrong! THEN when we call to see if we can get it corrected, the manager, or whoever answered the phone, HUNG UP ON US! We were very nice on the phone & she just hung up! What a bunch of bull! We won’t be visiting this location anymore. We’re sick of our orders being wrong! And rude custimer service! This isnt the first or second time it’s happened! Customer support on the app was at least very helpful & we received a refund. Bye bye BK!
