I ordered a bacon king meal the bacon is never done the fry’s wasn’t even done I tried calling to get my food remade no one will ever answer so I went up there and missy gave me fresh food I just wish the old manager was still there he was amazing had my stuff dropped fresh every time I walked in knew what ever costumer wanted right away to get them on there way he was just all around great I think his name was Jesse I’m not sure but I won’t be back here again unless Jesse is back

The service at this location is great, always fast and friendly. There is a major issue that has been on going that needs to be handled by management. There is an individual who lives in a vehicle in the parking lot. This is an on going well known issue that hasn’t been handled. I hope someone in management or corporate can help this individual out, and provide him appropriate resources they need. Miamisburg is a nice town, so this is out of the normal in this area, and should be addressed. Outside of this you can’t ask for better service, definitely recommend this location.

Ordered my usual a original chicken sandwich and jalapeno bites and this is what I get……. Ummm I know times are tough but dam. Can I have some lettuce and mayo and what the hell happened to my jalapeno bites. Never got them paid for them …….. Just never received them.

The issue I’m having here, the people were perfectly fine at the restaurant but when I got home and was eating my burger the bacon was slimy raw. My mother said her burger tasted like chemicals but the fries were fine. Only reason I’m leaving a review is because I’ve tried to call 3 different times now and it just constantly ringing until beeping before hanging up.

Decided to doordash from here and they messed up my order. Added mayo on one of the sandwiches when we put we didn’t want mayo since the other party doesn’t like it, and asked for lettuce and got the tiniest piece. Ordered extra topping on mine (which I had to pay extra for a few) and they put no toppings on it besides, once again, a very tiny piece of lettuce. Not very pleased. I understand if it’s busy and forgetting one or two things but this is just..yea. Not very pleased.

Whopper JR. There is more tomato, onions, lettuce and pickles then meat. Won’t recommend.
UPDATE: I decided to give it another shot, this time with a Whopper; NO THEY DIDNT! They changed the bun to a smaller bun with no sesame seeds so meat looks bigger! The new buns suck!You just ruined the whopper. As soon as I unwrapped it I knew something was off. Took me few second to realize the change because I was distracted by the lukewarm fries. That’s why I’m changing it from 3 stars to 1 star. I don’t know if this change happened a while ago since I don’t really frequent fast food. Has anyone noticed the change?

They refused to answer my call after one time asking for a manager and got hung up on. This is how people get sick. Calling health inspector tomorrow. Refused to refund. Obviously wasn’t even ate…horrible owner and workers.

This BK has a good grill and you can really taste the smoky flavor. The French fries are good and hot and the fountain drinks are killer. this place has the new pop station with all the brands and no fuss.

Place the order Thur DoorDash and I don’t live that far from the store and , all the food was cold. Buns was hard. My dog wouldn’t even eat the stuff. Worst Burger King. I have ever been in in my life.. I have always had problems out of this store.. Either the food is wrong or the food is cold and old or both…
