I came in for lunch and the restaurant and bathroom was very clean. I was greeted right away and my order was taking. My food was made to order, it was hot and delicious. The workers and management were very kind and polite. I will definitely be back. Kudos BK two thumbs up.

This place has been disgusting since Covid. I try going back about every 6 months or so and it is still very disappointing to this day. The drive thru has had a pot hole easily over 10” in diameter for over 3-4 years that could easily do damage to your car if not paying attention. The food is gross by all means. I cant believe it is still in business.

Took 30 minutes to order and make my 4 items. So i don’t recommend coming here for your break. It would be too long. Then they also burnt the jalapeño nuggets. We haven’t been here in almost a year. Lots of people were saying they got better but they honestly got worse. Its almost a similar review to Bob evans but they actually cooked the food.

Whoever you have in charge of hiring staff needs to be terminated. Every time I come here there’s new staff and always rude or aren’t properly trained. I’m always pulled forward so you can cheat your speed of service clock to make the store look better than it actually is. Do better Burger King!!

I watched 4 vehicles leave due to the sliw processing of orders, with one them having placed their order already. The both sandwiches I ordered were missing 2 of the required toppings to make it into the specialty sandwich it was supposed to be. It took a long time to get order also, as it had been placed with the wrong order number on the bag.

Close it down! This is by far the worst Burger King ever! Burnt chicken nuggets. Hard frisbee buns on what is supposed to be whopper. Looks more like a compact bun sandwich. Look at the “Large” fries and onion rings that are only partially full and looks and tastes like they been sitting since yesterday. Out of pop, out of capri sun. Should be out of business. Last visit, a couple had raw chicken sandwiches. They just left and didn’t say anything. Tom’s king is lucky I didn’t go to pick up this order. Otherwise they’d still be trying to impress me with an accurate order because I’d be standing in their kitchen until they get it right.

Horrible Customer Service. Placed a large order for our nursing home residents and they got the whole order wrong, missed orders, and missing sides.
Director went back to store and the GM refused to do anything and wouldn’t come out and speak for himself, sent out a staff member.
Should be ashamed of yourself stealing from the elderly.
