$31 spent on food for a family of 5 only to have the food be Luke Warm at BEST!!.. 2 trio deals, 1 whopper meal and added an onion ring and fries. Shame on me for not checking the quality of food as I was only checking the items in my bag but damn,.how can business justify the cost when the food isn’t good at all. Store is 1.9 miles from my home not that far of a drive and I should go back to have them replace it but I shouldn’t have too. Business are most concerned with costs vs quality and when families have to spend $40-$50 just to eat this stuff better be fresh and correct. $31 on food using various online deals to get to that cost just to be disappointed when I get home

Food was okay, could have been better. Chicken fries tasted like onion rings and were cold, I requested BBQ sauce from the kitchen and I didn’t get that. I ordered an original chicken sandwich with only cheese no lettuce no mayo and the manager got an attitude with me because I said no to her question about the sandwich because my uncle is allergic to mayo. So overall I think that service could use some additional training.

Went here at 3am and ordered a double whopper and fries. Everything was fresh and made super well, was so happy to get a good meal after a long night. Staff was really nice too.
To owner: I almost didn’t find it on Google maps because it seems hidden? See screenshot. When I searched food near me open now this burger king didn’t show up unless I zoomed in on the map and clicked on it. It should be listed in the local options which is wasn’t. Hopefully this helps!

Horrible experience Burger King really did go downhill I came in and got a pick up order. I got a whopper and it had a little hair on it and I went in ask if they could remake it because there was a hair on it and the guy in the kitchen was in the back complaining about how he didn’t do it or whatever and as soon as I get the burger, the dude in the window flips me off and then gives me my burger without a bag horrible experience never coming back

They messed up my order and I asked nicely if they could please fix it and the staff got unnecessarily rude with me telling me I was wrong and that they didn’t mess up my order until I showed them the food and how the order was messed up. There is no reason to be rude to your customers.

Everything was great up until the time we parked in the parking lot. We began to smell something like a burnt candle or a burnt plastic smell. Not the regular flamed broiled smell we are use to. It made us sick so we had to take it home.
