Pulled in, worker standing outside smoking, walked in behind him, he put cigarette out on bldg (lots of burn marks). No wash hands, girl tried overcharging me, has to re explain order. Ordered no salt fries, another girl put salted fries in bag. Went outside to car to eat, guy dancing while smoking looking into window reflection, 10 min. Another worker came out spitting snot and took his smoke and started hitting it hard. Girl came out and was on her phone. Garbage tasting food! NEVER BE BACK.! Wonder why sales are non existent

9 people behind the counter in a fast food place has to mean fast service right? Nope totally the opposite waited 30 minutes for 2 eight piece chicken fingers.
If they could focus more on communication and paying attention to the orders on the screen instead of personal conversations service would be great. Seems like there was NO LEAD OR MANAGER TO DELEGATE THE CREW ON WHAT TO DO!
OVERALL THE PLACE WAS CLEAN BUT THE SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY POOR.

We came in yesterday and ordered 6 whoppers with cheese and a large fry. We got home and looked at them and about got mad. The sandwiches hardly had anything on them. 2 very small slices of tomato. Hardly no lettuce. The mayo looked liked half of a teaspoons worth. Very disappointed to see such skimping for the price we paid. At least make the sandwich worth buying. Hopefully you don’t make all the sandwiches that way.

The day shift is the most horrible experience but night shift is usually good. I feel bad because the girl at the counter is slow but at the same time being put on a 10-minute wait to where I had to just leave because there was two cars in the Drive-Thru is absolutely ridiculous. I have been there during night shifts where they have had less help but were more efficient.

Looks very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean when I went in once. Smelled clean. Inside the atmosphere felt homey. Very clean and everyone stayed busy. No one hanging out unless they were on break. Very nice staff at this location. Also, handicap availability and plenty parking.

Was my goto location, would go out of my way because they had something that most others dont. The ketchup pump. Now it is gone and I have to deal with packets. 1st world problems I know, it was just a thing of comfort to me.

There’s a girl here that’s kind of slow and the management where the lady run in the store was bossing her around and making her do all the work.So she could sit back and get paid to do nothing. She should be ashamed of herself for treating people like that with with the disabilities that they have.But honestly, that girl at slow.I’m pretty sure she beat her in a spelling contest.She didn’t know how to spell inconvenience!

This store is infamously slow, but today I waited over 20 minutes for an online order of four items.
One of two drive thru lanes was closed without being marked, so I sat and waited as three others were helped before me. Service staff was rude and unhelpful about this fact. Food was incorrect once and cold the second time, like they’d given me someone else’s fries.
Don’t waste your time or money on this overpriced garbage.

Waited 15min in line just to get home and the mozzarella fries are completely un edible and hard as rocks. Do better.

I went to Drive Tru and they took seven minutes to take my order and five minutes to take my payment and another five minutes to deliver my food. I ordered an Oreo Shake which they didn’t put Oreo on and it tasted like trash I also ordered jalapeño bytes and when I asked for the sauce he threw it in my hands
