I am not one to write a negative review. However, I was in the drive-thru for no less than FORTY MINUTES. It took them TEN just to take my order, TWENTY to get to the window, AND THEN ANOTHER TEN to get me my food. KEEP IN MIND there wasn’t anybody behind me for the first 15 minutes, it’s not like they were busy!! The lady blamed the woman in front of me (clearly not the case) and then didn’t give ANY sort of coupon, etc for wasting FORTY MINUTES of my time. I was preparing to leave after the first fifteen minutes, but someone pulled behind me, and they didn’t have a side lane to pull out of!! Like what the heck!!

Drive thru attendant was an old light skinned lady, who gave me two drink full of carbonated water, no soda in them. Food cold, two whoppers no cheese and I clearly asked for cheese. She had an attitude from the very beginning…not wanting to reach her arm out the window while me my drinks and food that I just paid for…I would recommend everyone who sees this message boycott this burger King. Chicken nuggets were terrible, flat, cold and 8 of them were not as good as McD, and certainly not worth it. Burgers were fine. But, what happened to the big sandwich we’ve become accustomed to. We paid for onion rings and received fries.

My husband went in to pick up my online order and place his order for a burger with no bun because he is gluten intolerant. First the grumpy old manager told him he wouldn’t make that for him. Also note that this is the third time in the past year that this same man has told him this but any other person always does it for him. Then when he asked for the milkshake and frozen coke drinks that were on my online order he was told no. After my husband told me this I called the store. This man answered the phone with “what!” And I told him what happened with the drinks and he said “that’s not true at all” and so I said “okay but when he asked for a burger with no bun he was also told no” and he hung up on me. This manager is clearly unprofessional or too old to be working with the public still. I can guarantee their 3.5 rating is solely from his nastiness towards customers because when he’s not working it’s always a pleasant experience here.

Everything was good except they were out of pop and ice. So they were using 2 litersand bags of ice . Not a big deal except the 2 liters were hot and they only put 1/4 cup of ice so the pop was hot .

Drove from Lexington to Cincinnati for RN Contractor work. This is hands down the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. I won’t eat any other fast food; the flame broiled burgers made your way really rule, snd are so very delicious!
I had the big fish combo for the first time and it was just amazing! I also always enjoy being able to sub French fries for onion rings for no extra charge. This is a BK hidden secret, they are truly delicious. An amazing meal was had
Jason, the GM, made me feel like I was from right there in the neighbourhood, what a genuinely friendly and compassionate person! And truly a team player type of manager! Just jumps in and helps out all.

Changing my previous 5 star review to a 1 star review because Burger King isn’t paying their workers enough to attract enough people to stay open their scheduled hours. Also I show up to get a Chicken sandwich and I’m told they’ve already torn down their chicken station for the evening and can’t make any chicken. Not really the worker’s fault but it is highly disappointing.
