I ordered my cooked to order and the new general manager, and she canceled my order because thing are changing! She is said she would never give me her name or employee number!! She is a horrible manager. Because of her line i couldn’t have my doom food friend it is an older Caucasian lady. Horrible service, i had great service before meeting her.

I ordered a burrito and part of my tortilla was missing, missing hashbrowns and wasn’t even rolled. This is a sorry excuse for a Burger King. I have ordered this from another location and I know how it should be, these workers must really hate their job. Especially if this is the type of service they are providing. I ordered from here because close to my house but I would rather make the longer trip for better quality.

The last time I went to Burger King to order food I went inside to order and another customer in myself weighted standing there as if we were being ignored for at least 15 minutes before we got the attention of anyone to place our order.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and extra pickles. When I got the Whopper it had a half a piece of cheese 1 pickle and no tomatoes! they charged me extra for no reason! I don’t recommend eating here!!! They need to shut this place down if you can’t follow simple instructions and you’re over charging people for absolutely nothing, why do we need this type of business in the community. That’s pretty much stealing if I didn’t get what I paid for! The workers tonight need to be fired! restaurant business clearly doesn’t suit them!

I had a very unpleasant experience while waiting for a DoorDash pickup at this location….My order was not ready, and I waited patiently…. When it was completed, it was placed behind the computer screen, out of my view, and I was never acknowledged by staff…..
During this time, customers who arrived after me were served, received their food, and left while I was still waiting…. I eventually had to go back up to the register and ask about my order, only to find out it had been sitting there….
The restaurant was not busy, yet the lack of awareness, communication, and basic courtesy was shocking. The attitude from staff was cold, dismissive, and showed no concern for professionalism or hospitality.
I’ve worked in customer service and hospitality for over 30 years and am currently a traveling chef on a short contract, visiting from out of state…..This was, by far, one of the rudest and most unwelcoming experiences I’ve had. Poor attitudes like this reflect badly on management and training.
I will not return to this location.

We ordered 1 impossible burger, 1 single bacon king meal double, 1 bacon double cheese burger and 1 patty. And they gave us our order completely wrong. And they didnt inform us. Instead the lady gave us free cookies which we didnt even know of until we got home.

Not sure why this place is still open they lock the doors at 7 pm i waited in drive thru fir twenty minutes line of people at door but door locked and this is a continuous thing at this location ill be sitting in drive thru and watch employee come out get in car smoke weed and when you can get food it’s shity this is the worse burger king in the city if your hungry do not go there . And to be clear it’s the one on winton rd finney town and this happens few times a week and they not understaffed or anything just shity employees and clearly management
