To begin, I must express that I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. Upon entering at 7:45 on 1/12/26 to collect an order, I observed the manager, who appeared overwhelmed, repeatedly requesting that someone locate her keys so she could lock the door, a statement made after each customer’s arrival. The display of poor customer service skills was evident, as she failed to greet anyone or engage with patrons. A gentleman entered, prompting the manager to reiterate her request for someone to find her keys. He inquired about his name being in a book regarding an incorrect food order, but she dominated the conversation, promptly dismissing his claim while fumbling with papers in the book. She walked away, and he had to inform her that he still wished to place an order ( tying to understand why he still wanted to order). Burger King, if this is a representative of your top-tier employees, it is a cause for concern.

Your morning manager was rude .. she yelled at me. Then yelled out the drive thru window . I was doordashing didn’t know i had to stop at speaker I went to window an she was mad about that. For one open the doors if it’s a problem someone forgot to go to a speaker. People should not have to tolerate verbal assaults because your employee having a bad day

You can drive to another location, order, get your food, and be back to this location before they even take your order.

For one their menu screen for drive thru is broken and missing half of the menu. And then I order a specialty burger. Whopper bacon melt. Usually the limited time offer sandwiches are always hot and good cuz they only sell them for so long. Well mine is far from that. For one I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and I got pulled and then the lady that took my money was beyond rude. But I kept my cool until I got my food and it was so cold. The fries were warm but no salt or flavor. But the burger was beyond disgusting and was missing ingredients. I gave it to my dog. Oh and of course they didn’t give me a a receipt. Never ever will I return to this Burger King or any Burger King for quite some time

The worst burger king in Cincinnati. Got too many kids working with bad work ethics. I was told I can leave because I was the only car and waited ten minsand when I said hello the little disrespectful girl told me I can leave. I am going to corporate this is horrible service

I usually love this location to eat breakfast, but today was terrible my biscuits on my sandwich was really hard sausage was over salted and my hash browns was so hard almost broke my tooth trying to chew them. Only thing was good was my ice mocha coffee! Disappointed in them I won’t be back!

JUST left there. Service was slow as usual. Ordered a #2 large and that’s the “large” fry that was given. Only reason I didn’t turn back, is because the inside was closed and the drive through line was getting long and they already move slow. If I’m paying for a LARGE, I expect to get what I paid for. To make it worse, this wasn’t even for me, it was for my husband.

I’ve ordered from GrubHub and I haven’t received my order for nearly two hours now. I’ve called Burger King and the lady said that they don’t have the order from GH and she quickly hung up the phone on me.
