The past few occasions that I ate at this restaurant, I received Excellent customer service, food that was nearly too hot (in a good way) and the speed and cleanliness were on point! I seriously DID have it “my way” and was not just satisfied but impressed! Well done Burger King! You’ve got the special sauce for sure! I will definitely be going back often! Whoever is running this restaurant knows exactly how to manage a team!!!! Bravo!

Update 3-7-26….
I tried once again. I ordered the #7 Royal Chicken Combo. The chicken is cold and greasy. I went up to the counter. The Mgr saw me. Turned around and went to the drive thru. I stood there. A really tall male employee on break asked me what I needed but he saw I needed food and apologized. I stood there for several minutes and the Mgr returned to the counter area with her back to me knowing I was standing there. I gave her plenty of time to fix my order before I updated my review.
Update 4-6-23…. I tried the chicken fries. NEVER AGAIN. they were hard and stale. I asked for fresh. 10 minutes later I went back up. They had forgotten. They pulled more stale ones out of the drawer. Disgusting.
I had to wait 7 minutes for a $5 meal deal. The cook was making the vehicle behind me their burgers. I could see him thru the window. The mgr kept saying where’s my food. The nuggets were hot and fresh. The fries were waiting in the bag the whole time so they were lukewarm. The burger was a complete joke. Ice cold meat patty. 6 rings of onion. Enough mayo for 4 burgers. Disgusting!!!!

I went to Burger King in town to cash in a gift card and pick up a few Jr. Whoppers! To my surprise, they had brought back the cheesy tots. To be clear, a cheesy tot is basically fried Mac-n- Cheese! I order my Whopper Jr’s with bacon and cheese. Over the drive-thru was polite, speedy, and accurate. The food was good enough. I mean, it’s a whooper Jr with bacon and cheese, and cheesy tots!

Pulled up to drive through and couldn’t read the sign so we pulled in close and was spending time looking over the menu and figuring out what everyone wanted, there’s 4 of us; two small kids my fiance and me. Meanwhile literally every 10 seconds the guy on speaker is saying “Are you ready to order” after the 3rd time of saying “we’re still looking”we decided to ignore him so we could focus on figuring out what the kids wanted. The place is pretty much dead with two lanes, at 9 o clock Wednesday December 17th, we are just about to start our order after sitting there maybe 2 or 3 minutes when he chimes in telling us to move away from the drive thru in a rude tone. I am not the biggest Burger King fan but my wife begged for one of her chicken sandwiches, so i purchased her food and I made an attempt at a whopper again. The fries were really good and fresh. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich as well. I remembered why I dont burger king often. The whopper was absolutely covered in mayo. I scraped off as much of the stuff as i could and managed 3 bites before throwing it away. Fries were good. I would recommend ordering Light Mayo or No Mayo if you want an edible burger. Service was good thou and the restuarant was clean. i did not complain to the staff because I have seen the movie Waiting.

Any time I’ve gone my food is almost always incorrect. Say no sauce and they ignore you it seems.
The wait times are crazy even when there is no one else in line.
More than once I’ve gone in to pick up a doordash order and the floors are sticky.
I would eat anywhere else in Wilmington before settling with BK.
