Place is outdated but I guess they are suffering from staff shortages now too. I was told they closed at 8pm on a Friday with hours posted for 12am. I understand being short but at least put a sign up and update your Google hours.

Went thru the drive thru at 1130 on Tuesday. And there like sorry we are closed when everything says 12 . After going back to the drive thru again today they are supposed to be open till 12. I talked to Richard and he’s a really nice guy and shows he cares about his store. I’ll definitely be back reason you always give a business a couple tries.

Worst experience in a long history of disappointments at this location. Waited forever in the drive thru only to thenbe held up at the 1st window while they talked to the 2nd window. Drove away to discover that the orio milkshake, Whopper, and onion rings I ordered were fries, and ¾ of a cup of milk and cookies. My Friday treat got me tricked. Wrong holiday dummies. Absolutely disgusted!!! If that’s the best you can do at your job, please just stay home.

Employs were rude to my husband. He asked for 1 BBQ sauce for his chicken sandwich. Let me add it was plain. They tryed charging him for it. he removed whay they put on it so they couldn’t give him 1 sauce for his sandwich. Shame on Burger king. they will not get our bussiness any more. we don’t get 15 cents for condiments that was removed, so why do they charge for a sauce for the sandwich burger king talk about conning the American population. Have it you’re way…. yea right what a joke.

The temperature of my whopper was not good… the fries were overcooked and taste like card board… the floors in the restroom were slippery… the young lady preparing fries didn’t even have gloves on. Disgusting.

Absolutely the worst expirence at a Burger King. Pulled up at 10 am to go inside and order breakfast with my son. No sign stating the lobby is closed, but the doors were locked. So we go through the drive through. Pull up immediately to place an order and I’m asked to wait a minute. 2 minutes later they take my order. Pull around and pay, then waited another 20 minutes for my food. While waiting I saw 4 cars pulled out of the drive through line, most likely because they got tired of waiting.. And since we couldn’t sit inside, we drove all the way home to eat. Got home and they charged me for 5 hashbrowns I ordered and didn’t give me 2 of them. Absolutely incompetent employees, how hard is it to take and order, make it, and fulfill it? I worked at Burfer King when I was 15 and 16 years old. It’s not rocket science. Needless to say, I’ll never return to that one again.

Ordered a meal with a drink and asked for no ice.. but I asked too late and had to accept that there was ice in my drink bc he already made it.. they also forgot the cheese on my sandwich I ordered with cheese.

They got the size of our onion rings wrong, no sauce that was specifically requested with chicken fries, kids meal was ordered with apple slices and we got fries instead. My BBQ bacon whopper was just a regular whopper. This is a common occurrence when I go to this location. I do not think I will be returning to this location for a really long time.
