Live in the area and out of the few choices I find myself trying to go here time to time and I think I finally learned why they are always empty even though McDonald’s is packed ….food is always old and cold ….rock hard fries cold burgers this location really needs to go through a new training process

Great burgers and a very clean place to eat as well. Its in a great spot for us in the roofing business to stop by and get a meal for lunch. Never had a bad experience with anyone. It’s always been fast and efficient.

Waited over 20 minutes today at the window for them to get my order wrong and paid more for value meals and got less than what I ask for. Doesn’t surprise me though .

Was passing through Lebanon Oh. Stop by my favor hamburger place. Not my normal place but how can you screw up a Burger King! They did… got our order wrong twice. Burgers where wrong so we just gave up and took them anyways. Went to our seats and I think my burger was left in the fridge! Needless to say when we go to Cincinnati again we will not stop there again…

They always giving out old and cold food. The chicken nuggets or mozzarella fries are almost always cold and hard or dried out. They constantly give me 8 mozzarella fries when I order 12 they just don’t seem to care or they just hope I drive away and don’t notice till im far away. I’m gonna start checking my order at the window before I leave cause they can’t be trusted. It would only take about 1 min to fry new stuff and they don’t even bother.
