The staff here is profoundly astonishing not smart at all. I placed a mobile order everything was supposed to be plain get home surprise full of wet garbage I requested to not have on my food. No problem go back up there oh no sorry the doors are locked at 7pm which they are allegedly open but no the door is locked. Wait in the long slow moving drive thru explained my situation. Get the food wrong again. At least the manager was nice but her staff is a bunch of clowns who can’t read or follow directions

Their a lot better than McDonald’s across the road. Some of these other reviews are just irrelevant. “They forgot my mustard, ONE STAR!” Like come on, it’s fast food, nothings going to be perfect, but this Burger King makes a effort to do so.

Just came through didn’t have anything we wanted to order available. Was told they wouldn’t have what we wanted until tomorrow to order something else. Girl at drive thru was incredibly rude. Not really my fault you guys can’t keep the food in stock your advertising and sure didn’t need the attitude when we asked when it would be available. If she hates her job so much find one somewhere else.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the lovely lady at the drive through. She was so polite and professional EVERYTIME I have came through while she was working. I wish I would have caught her name. Eventhough, I only ordered a Whopper with cheese, the Burger was well put together and toppings nicely distributed and not sloppy. Unfortunately, that is not common for many fast food restaurants. So, thank you to the sandwich assembler as well! Keep up the good work!

Was passing through Lebanon Oh. Stop by my favor hamburger place. Not my normal place but how can you screw up a Burger King! They did… got our order wrong twice. Burgers where wrong so we just gave up and took them anyways. Went to our seats and I think my burger was left in the fridge! Needless to say when we go to Cincinnati again we will not stop there again…

I ordered a large number 1 and a large number 8. Onion rings instead of fries and zesty sauce. At the window I asked for it they said oh its in the bag.. I can assure you it’s not. Also the whopper is missing ingredients…… I don’t understand it
