I got a egg-normious burito that was not edible, to say the least it had one piece of bacon and was mostly shredded cheese. I’m a food addict I eat just about any food but spit the bite I tried to take out. The cook must be just as high as the girl at the window. I added a picture of the disaster I ripped the tortilla before I attempted to eat it because the tortilla ratio to other ingredients was high.

Went in for $40 worth of food. Was patient as the cashier seemed new. When I received my food it wasn’t my order. Well, half of it wasn’t. None of the sandwiches weren’t marked so we had no clue what they was. Noncook employee was opening sandwiches and touching them to see what they was without gloves and putting them back on the warmer.

Walked in on August 20th at about 4:45 pm. Lady with curly hair didn’t even notice me for a few minutes because she was looking down scrolling through her phone. A bigger lady came up from the back and whispered something about me to the other one, and they both just started laughing at me. Told me they would take my order in a few minutes. Warning do not eat here. I was waiting on my food. A customer brought his sandwich back into the store and said it was the wrong sandwich gave it to the manager and the manager placed that sandwich back under the heating lamp. Well the food there i got to say it is extremely bad i ordered two of the spicy chicken sandwiches the big ones with the meal and everything. Once I got home and the whole family eating my WIFE who is PREGNANT had a raw chicken sandwich and so did my mother-in-law two raw sandwiches then when I go back and tell them what I had they gave me at the end of the day two small chicken sandwiches like are you serious that place REALLY needs new management new cooks and everything. Like they seriously need to be watching what they doing because people are going to get sick my wife could end up sick…so I advised people out there do not eat here.

Horrible management and customer service. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted like fish. I called and Alexa the manager, she laughed and hung up. Called back and they wound not pick up. Went up there and she said she’s too busy to help. Asked for a refund, she said they don’t give refunds and grabbed $2 outta her wallet and threw it in the counter at us. I have a fish allergy and she claims it’s all fried in same oil. She grabbed my returned food threw it in trash and turned her back on us. Worst place I’ve ever been. Will call district management tomorrow

8:30am on Friday only person in lobby 1 car in drive through and they can’t even make a fresh sandwich they take the “Pre-Made” and throw it in the microwave the cook is in to big of a hurry to get outside and smoke another cigarette pitiful
