Best BK ive ever been to, food came out hot and correct. They even gave my kid one of the SpongeBob meal box just out of kindness, we didnt even ask and they didnt even say anything. Very nice gesture and we will definitely be back. Outstanding job.

Stopped for lunch today, Im a truck driver and through the area often, anyways got an original chicken sandwich, got back to my truck started to leave, bit into the sandwich, it had been microwaved, not fried, was still cool in the middle and was watery soggy and nasty, took 2 bites and threw it away, what a waste of $6, wont be stopping here again.

For some reason, the wait here is enormous. I’ve been to a lot of Burger Kings, and this particular location has an extremely long wait. They have good servers, but they also have a few workers who don’t make sure the burgers are warm or if the fries are fresh. I could on and on, but I realize this is a fast food restaurant.

We were informed all food was going to be freshly dropped (fried) but received cold, dry fries.

This has got to be the worst Burger King in existence strictly because of the employees everyone is rude the food they make is absolutely horrible and it doesn’t matter if you’re the only car there or if there’s 10 cars there you’re waiting forever just to have your horrible food thrown to you with not even a “thank you have a good day” with how many employees are absolutely horrible it’s got to be a management problem having one or two bad apples is understandable but when 98% of the people you deal with there treat you like trash it’s got to be coming from above

This was the worst Burger King meal I have ever had. The fries were clearly old. The burger had been sitting and was cold. I ordered on the app sitting in the parking lot, and immediately pulled in the drive through. How was my burger not hot and fresh like every other BK I have been? Then, I asked could I please have some ketchup. The girl said, “yeah” with a sigh. She then handed them to me without looking at me at all, I said “thank you!”, and she continued to ignore me and shut the window. Wow. I will never visit this one again.

I rolled up last night at 11:45pm August 8 2025 knowing full well they were closing in a few minutes. I worked fast food for years so I know how it makes the closers feel. I expected an attitude and maybe cold food. What I received was the exact opposite. The gentleman working the drive thru made a point of saying that because of the hour all of my food would be served hot and fresh and he said it with a smile. And he didn’t lie. I have been abstaining from this sort of food for months. My burger was perfect. Fries hot and fresh. I just really appreciated the service and kindness. Thank you !
