Tried out the newly remodeled location. Workers were informative, cheerful, & polite helped answer some questions on limited edition food.

Dont come here if youre expecting fast food. We waited 18 mins at the intercom and then another 6 minutes at the window then we go to leave and they forgot a burger. So we had to wait another 4 mins for them to bring us a new burger. The only good burger king in canton is the one on cleveland ave nw.

Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches online when I was 2 minutes away. Waited at the window for 7 or 8 minutes. Received my sandwiches, drove home which I live literally 3 minutes down the road. Got home opened the sanwiches and both were very hard and dry. Called and the man who answered said “they just came out the grease” and acted like he didn’t believe me. I told him I’ll bring them back and show him. He said they’d remake them. Drove there, waited in line for other customers and when I pulled up to the window the first thing the guy says is “Got my sanwiches?”. No hello or anything. Insaid I got one and the other was thrown away by my wife. Hands me my food and again says “they’re fresh out the grease” and walks away saying something sarcastically about them being fresh and about they made em when I ordered. He was very rude and I will not be coming back again. Contacted customer support and got a crap email saying they’ll pass it along to the franchise and that’s it. Thanks for wasting my time, money and to make me feel like my opinion doesn’t matter Burger King

Whoppers are always soo delicious. I always get the Whopper. Husbands chicken sandwich had bacon and cheese added it was very good. Dont like the do it yourself ordering machine tho. Thats what the employees are for with the high prices we pay

I love Burger King but i hate their fries , so i end up eating elsewhere so i dont have to get burgers one place and fries another place.. if they would have fries more like MD I’d eat there a few times a week .. potato wedges or anything is better than the fried BK has now. Everything else is awesome . Good fries are holding burger king back

Guessing you are short staffed…. have stopped in last couple days service way slow… drive thru plan to wait 15 minutes or more if you go inside it’s longer…5 cars ahead of me and waiting more than 15 minutes is crazy… you need to speed up or get more staff

I just don’t get why burger king is like this. Any other time I get a spicy wrap it’s small all of the sudden it’s a full size chicken heck and the wrap did not even close so I could eat it! I think the manager at Burger King needs to see who was working that day and not let that happen again!

This place is alright. I like Burger kings impossible whopper, its pretty good, to me I think it tastes more like burger than the actual beef burger does which is kind of crazy.
