Always loved this BK location. I went in today with my girl and her mother and a man named Kaiser Thomas took our order. They were super busy with drive thru orders and the gentleman took my groups order quickly, without rushing us and even joked with us here and there. A hard skill to maintain in the food service world. Also after we sat down to eat I heard him announce to the very busy crew to keep up the good work and that they were awesome. It’s the small details that matter and this gentleman was on top of everything! Gives me hope for solid young leadership at a BK location I’ve always frequented. No need to review the food. It’s always great there!

Picked up food yesterday, worse Burger King ever. Cheese sticks were refried, hard & greasy, got home my chicken sandwich had a hair in it and my husband’s whopper looked like it was sat on, hardly any toppings. It was 3 pm, wasn’t busy, should have been a Slam dunk for them. Never again will I visit this BK.

Came through and ordered, got to the window and the old guy working just stood there holding my drink staring at me, after an odd 10 seconds he says “waiting on you”. Waiting on me for what? You need to hand my drink out the window… not sure what the deal was with his little hateful self. But then he manages to slam the window and storms off to grab my food. Super rude, extremely unprofessional and he’s lucky he caught me on a good day. I’ve worked fast food too, never would I have talked to a paying customer like that. Unacceptable. Not my fault you don’t like your job, sir. Next time I won’t be nice. Better get em, before someone else does.

Ok but the cleanliness is not good there entrance doors were nasty and they never are clean it’s gross! Tables need to be wiped off often, just yuck!
