The food was delicious I live for Halfsies and Hershey pies. I was on my way to work and I stood in line way too long before anyone came to get my order which caused me to run a little behind. They were nice once I did get attention.

I went thru the drive through at roughly 1 am, and the young lady working was cheerful and so pleasant. She had the ideal response to my patronage and made me feel welcome. I wish I had asked her name. These days it’s so hard to find good customer service in fast food.

Customer service is atricious. Don’t order anything that deviates from their standard menu. It will take them at least 3 times before they get it right and have an attitude towards you because they don’t listen to what you ask for.

Went to burger king on Massillon road ohio to order 2 whopper jrs and a ice water , food came out cold and when we asked the lady for our water , she gave us shit and said well did you pay for the water gave us attitude and walked away . Im over the customer service of these people and not giving a crap about others .
