Worker named Irene was really rude, got into an argument with a customer while i was in drive through and i heard everything while waiting for her to take my name for my online order. when i got to the window she handled cash and then turned and put my onion rings in the fry bag with the scoop without washing her hands or putting on gloves which is disgusting.

I have currently been waiting in the drive thru for 21 minutes, behind only one car! I finally pull up to order and they tell me to wait. This is by far the worst service I have ever had! I can’t imagine what kind of games the employees are playing inside because they clearly are not working! Update, it took a total of 32 minutes.

Terrible! We asked for our Whoppers to be made fresh & the young lady behind the counter said, “Oh, yes! They are fresh!” One minute later we are handed a tray with our burgers. They were barely warm. I don’t call that being made fresh & to order. Not only that I didn’t request cheese & got cheese. The cheese wasn’t even melted..so how could it be fresh off the grill?? So disappointed. We will definitely not be back.
