My fiance went there on Sun April 2nd 2023 at approx. 7:21 pm ordered food was asked to pull up and waited for 20 minutes for the food to be brought out. An employee came out for a break he asked him about our and was told “I don’t know” then finally the food was brought out of course it was ice cold couldn’t be eaten the lobby doors where locked so couldn’t go in and complain. Tried calling the restaurant directly and of course no answer. Not happy at all. Terrible service and I will be calling tomorrow with the hopes of getting a hold of a manager that can address and take care of my issue to my satisfaction. After this evening I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and get your food someplace else. Do NOT go here

Ordered on GrubHub and they can’t even get basic things right. Got the classic melt and the chicken king. Classic melt was not toasted and the chicken king still had tomato despite selecting ‘No Tomato.’ There were no straws included either. This is the worst Burger King ever, every time I go here they mess up my order. Never going back.
