I got the impossible whopper it was hot and it was so good exactly how I ordered it! They almost always have a great attitude which is so appreciated! The brown person at the window keep smiling it helps brighten days!

They need more help in the evenings with how busy they are. We order here only because its close. But thats going to change. We’re always missing something in the order or something wasnt added that was paid for. Morning services is fine and great. But evening you run the risk of losing money. The workers dont either pay attention when making the sandwich or dont pay attention when putting everything in the bag. This last time we ordered a double whopper with cheese & bacon. It was missing not only the bacon but also one of the patties. We had a chicken jr that didnt even have mayo. And to our fault, we ordered a chocolate milkshake and forgot about it when they gave us the food (ordered ahead on the app). Check your orders with this place. Rather go somewhere else going forward. If i had to guess? We’ve lost in the realm of $30 – $40 the last year of missing stuff or stuff not placed on the sandwiches themselves. Live and learn and we should have been checking our orders for missing items when getting them. I know we are all prone to mistakes but this place does it nearly ALL the time..

I was picking up a mobile order for UberEats and was basically ignored by the guy in front for 15 minutes. He didn’t even acknowledge me to see what order I had. A guy from the back noticed me as soon as he came to the front and tried to help me and another person picking up food orders and he got told to leave the stuff alone even tho he was actually trying to help and get us our items in a more timely manner than what we were already waiting.

Man people might talk trash cuz the Burger King in the best in neighborhoods but it’s one of the best Burger Kings around workers that are awesome Foods always quality never had anything old call fried stuff always hot so I’ve never had any complaints about this Burger King whatsoever and they’re open late not like all the other ones around the clothes way too early I’ve driven like 20 minutes to this Burger King because there’s only one open and they always knock it out the park today was no different

never come to this burger king if you can avoid it. the service is absolutely horrible and the drive thru takes you at least 30 minutes to get through. the food is always lackluster compared to other locations and the fries (and sometimes other items) are always freezing cold by the time i get them.

USED TO BE the best one in the city. Young folks you got working there, keeping that from being the truth. They literally put bleach in our sprite. We was respectful, kind. Is it because im white? Because im in an interracial marriage? Shut this place down.

Food was nasty!
The food tasted like they swept the floor and used the trash to make the order.
The fries and onion rings were cold and greasy.
The chicken nuggets were reheated too many times. They had a under taste of dirt.
The food was so disgusting it was thrown out the window.
Service was awful.
No one took anyone’s order for the first 5 mins standing in the restaurant.
The person that’s was in the front of the restaurant gave her 6 kids free food. She took the time to prepare orders for her kids and family. The person in line before me had to wait 5+ minutes for her to prepare their food first.
The next person in line picked up a Doordash order that took another 5+ mins to prepare.
When it was time to take my order. She came up to the counter.
She asked to take my order.
She said she didn’t know how to ring lunch.
She said she works the breakfast shift.
She walked away from the counter for 2-3 minutes. Came back and said I get off in two minutes. You have wait for someone to take the order. A manager showed her how to ring up the order. The manager told her to clear the line of customers before she leaves.
She asked the person behind me if she could take her order. Then she walked away from the counter for 5-6 minutes. Another person working the Drive Thru came to the front counter and asked if I was lost.
He went back to the drive thru. He came back and asked if he could help. A man a few customers back asked he was going take orders. He replied someone will get to you eventually. Repeating EVENTUALLY!
The woman that was working the front finally came back. She said she clocked out. Everyone in line had to wait on the manager to come back from the restroom. People began complaining walking out the store. The manager returned and I asked for a refund. The woman said here is your order as the manager said i wanted a refund. She slammed the bag down and said i dont have time for this. She walked out with her 6 kids and family.
The manager had to dig for the receipt to give e refund. It took so long, I took the order just so I could leave.
Atmosphere was nasty and dirty.
There was dead flies on the counter near the register. One was still dying!
Kitchen area looked dirty and nasty.
Other customers were pointing at the dead flies before turning around to walk out.

These people are horrible. Even when I go when it’s slow and nobody else ordering food they always have to mess it up. I’ve gotten buns with cheese as my burger too many times. This is why you work here, you’re incapable of trying. These people need God and some work ethic! I’m never coming back.

Waste of time. Took over 5 minutes for only one car to move at 10pm. Twice this week. You wanna waste my time, I’ll waste your food. Also, they switch over from dinner to breakfast whenever they feel between 4 and 5 am. Consistently inconsistent for anyone working nights… but who actually works in Akron……..
