Fortunately, I come here every day space in the 62 CB exit politely discussed with drive-through order taker my hashbrowns are not fresh. They are not thoroughly cooked too many of being in a basket. Can you please make sure the correct serving is in a basket and cook them fresh off the board and some uneducated lady is smart Saying they’re well done as well don’t I don’t want well done there’s a difference I want fresh and thoroughly cooked uneducated. Don’t know the job very unprofessional ghetto a bad fix for Burger King auto burger, kings around Akron. Everyone needs training everyone needs to get qualified for the simple positions . I won’t be back terrible terrible everywhere. You might want to start drug testing Burger King.

We went to the Manchester Rd Akron location last week. Got a cone and it was pretty big and tasted good. Went to Burger King Waterloo Rd Akron location tonight for a cone not only was the price1.79 a cone very high priced. The cone was broken the ice cream tasted old as well as the cone. But what they gave us was small and dumpy. BURGERS KING I LOVED YA AND YOUR WOPER BUT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS OR MY FAMILY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

Went through the drive-thru got to the window got my food found that i was missing a sandwich girl cussed me out told me I was a thief said she knows because she made the TWO sandwiches herself. I said that’s fine but I ordered THREE and my receipt showed I ordered 3. So I paid 30$ to get cussed out and caught a thief thanks Burger King
