I waited an extremely long time before I was able to make my order. I was the only person there. On top of that the fries that came out where obviously from yesterday and spread all over the bag. Worst part is is that I ordered and paid for a Double Whopper with cheese and I got a single Whopper without. Definitely not worth the 13.00

Rude staff messed my order up then tried to lie about them not having certain items but still processed my order and had an attitude when trying to get a resolution, if you don’t like your job then don’t work there nobody needs or want their food or money played with. Nor do I want to hear attitude from somebody who is supposed to be providing good customer service at all times…ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR THE ONE WHO MESSED UP.

Before they closed for remodel, the food was decent but not good. When they reopened and my mom and I went a few days after it reopened, the food was amazing. The food was better than any other time we’ve went. This time was the last straw for us. We wait in line for 10-20 minutes for our mobile order. Only to get up there and our food was dry and overcooked. A 25% discount from being a Walmart employee is NOT worth it in the slightest.

Very disappointed dining rooms are suppose to be open till 10 I was there at 9:30 to get some food and doors were locked I couldn’t go thru drive thru cause u can’t drive a transit bus to thru the drive thru I go to burger king often and to not have access was very unpleasant change the dining hours if the doors are gonna be locked

Rude drive thru worker nasty attitude and cocky mouth tried to overcharge me for order then the manager came to the window covered in tattoos and was worse than the worker at the window I just left sad I worked all day and was hungry I ended up getting something though shame they treat customers like that
