Got 3 whoppers from here and they were all raw. I sent over pictures proving I received raw food and they still didn’t refund my money. Now we have to make it bigger than it had to be. You’re a restaurant serving undercooked food! This place needs to be closed

awful experience, the lady who took our payment was rude as always, she tells us to pull up, when there is no way i can physically pull my car up as there are 3 other cars pulled already, we then get lip from another employee who then got the manager, who was rude to us and kept cussing at us, and slamming the window in our face, they then throw a bag at us, and the sandwiches we ordered were disassembled in the bag with no wrapper, this all occurred after we had already told him we wanted a refund

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:49, they are open until 11:00. Rude employee said there are only 2 of us in here and we stop taking orders at 10:45.
This is completely ridiculous. Change the hours on the door to say 10:45 if I can’t order food after 10:45.
Misleading hours on the door, on the website and on the Google listing. Completely blown away by people who are stealing a paycheck and don’t want to work.
Edit: I parked to watch and see how many more customers they turned away while they are still supposed to be open. The count is up to 3 and it’s only 10:55. 5 more minutes for them to throw away more revenue.
10:59 update – I ordered online and the unpleasant woman who wouldn’t give me her name refused to make my food, refused to refund my order and shut the lights off in the middle of me talking to her. I need to dispute the charges with my credit card I guess.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. But I think all the people employed here. Was in Sped classes in highschool. There is no way every order I order on doordash is missing something. Every time I order something I always get missing food. I understand if it happens once. But every order. Come on now be a serious franchise. Or don’t franchise a burger king. Very disappointed. I’ll be ordering and picking up my orders from now on. Thanks for nothing.
