Great, fast service in the drive thru for lunch! Nice staff and very helpful. Royal Spicy chicken sandwich was VERY GOOD! Asked for no sauce and added cheese, they were on point. They even asked to add other sauces. Very friendly here in Rittman.

Rude employees and manager. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for order to be taken, I always order the same thing so when we got our bag of food to dine in I knew it was wrong. I stated it was wrong for a manager in the window to argue with me about what I ordered. Then as we were leaving we very blatantly heard that woman there as I walked by. Was there to pick up a doordash order at night. We sat at the drive thru screen for almost 10 minutes and nobody once came on the intercom to help us. We proceeded to pull up to the window when this horridly rude worker shook her head no through the window basically refusing to fulfill the doordash order. She didn’t even have the decency to go on the intercom to tell us they were closed. She was just going to let us sit there forever in silence and still didn’t even speak a word when we got to the window. Instead the mouthed “no” at us. That is some god awful customer service. This location needs better trained workers that’s for sure.

Employees were kind, polite, & efficient! My food was hot & prepared better than i had expected! To top of my good experience there, when i didnt get the additional sauce i requested in my bag, the nice lady who walked my order out to me in the parking lot, didn’t hesitate one bit, to run back inside & get them for me & run them out to my car as well! I had pulled around to the parking lot to wait on my order briefly as it took just a few moments to be prepared and that allowed for everyone else in line to get their orders more quickly. Overall A++ experience here!
