I just wanted to personally thank the manager Brian that works there. Every time I go there and I see that he is working I know that I will get my food fast and the way I ordered it. Brian went above and beyond on my last two visits because I was having trouble with my app. He took his time and knowledge to help me out which I greatly appreciated! Thank you Brian! Genuinely every time I have ordered a Hershey pie from here I have never gotten it. Which, I guess is on me at this point for not checking the bag before I leave. When it was just the pie- it was whatever, but now regular items are also missing from my order everytime I place one. Doesn’t matter if it’s in person or online either. Not this location’s fault- but the customer support sucks too. Offered me cheap coupons that expire in a month instead of a refund like I had requested.

Stopped in for the SpongeBob meal. Burger tasted kinda chemical but that might have been psychological from the bright yellow bun. The bacon cheese tots weren’t very fresh but the pie was awesome!

The nuggets taste like onion and are hard as a rock and the fries taste like they were left in a cold car overnight . It genuinely shocks me that there can be so many people yet no one is able to catch the mistakes that are being made. Bro like where is the ketchup I asked for lmao. Get out of here.
Update: They don’t do refunds through the app or physically in store. They essentially tell you to screw off. It’s either coupons or nothing.

We had a large order, and the restaurant was quite busy. Everyone was super friendly. All of our food was correct. Very impressive. Even the special modifications we made were correct. Great job!

Not usually a big fast food person, but drove through this Burger King when I was in a rush one night. They were quick and my food was hot! The staff at the drive thru was pleasant and helpful. It’s not often you experience that with fast food service. I appreciate this staff and their manager!

Not a good experience. They always take a long time—I’ve never seen them be even somewhat fast. I usually have to wait a while just to get a simple order. The staff also act like they don’t want to be there, and sometimes they have an attitude. Overall, not a spot I’d recommend.

Worst run Burger King. They are consistent for wrong orders and the manager that was there was rude and mad at me for bringing back the order they made wrong. Lack of employees always, long wait time. Worst by far!

Wow stopped in do a quick bite and Shannon, the manager, actually took care of me, She ensured that my food was hot, my fries were fresh, and my service was great. I don’t usually pop up on that side of town nor do I eat Burger King often… but I will be back… you can count on that!!! Thanks for being awesome!!!
