They were slow. The two guys talked about who was going to wait on me. I am 70. The fries were cold and chicken nuggets were over cooked and cold. You would have thought that my food would have been fresh. I didn’t go up and say anything because of the way I was treated when I first got their. No, I won’t go their again.

I drive a semi truck and OH turnpike is my regular route, occasionally I stop here and there to have a meal. Last night 06/28/2023 me and my wife parked the truck and headed to the BK in the rest area, we were really hungry and knowing BK is 24 hours we were ready to order some food, but for our surprise, a guy playing with his cellphone told us they were closed. Boomer, we had to go to sleep hungry. Today we were to made a complain and found out they do not even have a manager on duty, well a Crew leader told us “the manager is in another store I told her about your complain”.

Extremely rude person at counter. Stopped in at 4:30 PM. on Saturday 8-5 and ordered food at the counter. The employee working the register was on his phone taking pictures and not even looking at me. I ordered my food, and the whole time, he is tesxting on his phone and taking selfies. Then I had to tell hi. When my food was up on the warming rack because he was still on his phone texting. I told him my food was ready and he got irritated with me and I said sorry to interrupt your phone but I’m in a hurry and he said “looks like you’re just standing there”. Extremely rude. Then he slams my food in the bag and doesn’t even hand it to me he just toss it on the counter and walked away. Absolutely amazing how disrespectful!!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before we had to personally get the employees attention to take our order! Then once we ordered he didn’t give us our receipt, AND we had to wait over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich! That wasn’t even spicy like I ordered! All the employees there were on their phones and messing around, they didn’t even care to say anything to us except the total and the wait time. This Burger King is easily the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, and their employees were just three kids that looked to be about 15 with no adult supervisor. Don’t even get me started on how disgusting the soda machine is and the counter! I ruined a pair of pants just because of the soda machine! I do NOT recommend eating here! I recommend starving over eating here. I hope this place shuts down or gets different employees. So disappointed, I wish there was a zero star option on here.

If you want to wait 15 minutes in line and get to the front only for the lady to leave for another 10 plus minutes then eat here. Obviously short staffed on a regular basis and no sense of urgency to help you get your lunch and get back on the road. We will never stop here again. Half the line eventually left for other options and it was still long when the lady finally came back to start taking orders again.

Worst FF restaurant in the state. On the turnpike. They food is prepared hrs before anyone orders. Everything is in warmers. You can tell the owners could less about this place. Also, prices are crazy. $11 for a med whooper meal. Never again, go to the gift shop instead. Their prepackaged food is 10x better.

Literally the worst meal I’ve ever had at BK. The lady that took my order was nice and quite helpful so that’s why the 2 ⭐. Nothing… and I mean not one thing was even close to warm. Nobody asked me if I wanted any sauces. They forgot to put cheese on my spicy chicken and when I went back up to get it, the girl at the counter was more interested in her phone than me coming up to the counter with my sandwich in hand. The guy behind her came up and checked on me, so I told him there was supposed to be cheese and he put a glove on and grabbed 2 slices and laid them on my sandwich. And since this is the only option for food here I think it should be much better than this. Don’t recommend at all.
