We were in a hurry and didn’t want to spend a ton on a quick dinner so we tried the first thing south of Whitney. Chilly in here the overall atmosphere is all right. It’s clean that says a lot. There’s not a lot of people working here. There’s not a lot of customers but the staff that is his ear is working very hard and like I said the place is clean so food was OK seemed a little overpriced at $14.80for two sandwiches a drink and a fry but that seems to be about to go and rate these days, everything was fresh I would say well done thank you

went in to get a shake around 10:30 right when it switched to lunch food after goubg through the drive thru and getging lunch because i forgot to get a shake and none of the employees had gloves on, including the one who took my order and made my shake, there was hair on the rim of my cup and all the other employees were handling food like cheeses and lettuce and i believe i only saw one of them with gloves. gloves are protocol for any food service job and i hope eco is aware of the insane sanitary problems at this place. i have witnessed this before as well. also they were all talking really loudly when i was there and despite taking my order in a timely manner and being nice about it, the atmosphere was not great.

Had the Whopper meal. Just as good as I remember it. I had not had one in about 3 years. I went during lunch so the fries were hot and the burger was juicy. I only waited a few minutes for my food even though they were pretty busy.

I work in the area and the last 3 times I have been there I have not even be able to get food. First on my way in at 6:30 in the morning I’m told that they aren’t open even as there’s multiple people inside lights on and wiring the business hours. Second I go for lunch a few weeks later and get told their system is down and they can’t take or make orders. Ok whatever stuff happens. Then today I go after work get told to wait a moment which I reply no problem thank you. Wait 5 minutes without anything, then a guy pulls into the second lane and the instantly greet and take his order as I’m still waiting in line until I just leave. I will not be back and will take my business to the order restaurants in the area.

Never got a chance to eat.
Went to the drive thru and waited 5 minutes behind a car. The decided to go inside, that was a mistake. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us standing at the counter. We could see the whole food prep area; a couple of boxes tipped over and laying on the floor. There was other debris flung around. We decided not to get any food because of no one was working drive thru, at least it seemed that way. No one was working the counter so we decided to leave and so did some other customers.
Burger King has torn down two BK’s in our city and the one we just went to is only a couple of years old.
This BK is the worst I have ever seen, between the lack of not being acknowledged and the lack of cleaniness, in and out.
DO NOT GO THERE WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
We will try the BK in Berea.

The food is actually decent here, but the friendliness of the employees are terrible like they really don’t like their job.

Terrible wait time. 4 people working. 1 person training and the other 2 standing around waiting for the young man to finish showing the trainee one burger at a time. No team work whatsoever. No apology. No acknowledgment. No accommodation.
When I first walked in, I told her my order and she said “ok, they’ll get to it when they can”.
Waited 20 minutes and finally left. Had to request a refund through the app.

Placed a mobile order. Was at the restaurant within minutes of ordering. No one else inside or in drive thru. Could tell through the drive thru window, that the guy was looking for my zesty sauce and never found it. So I specifically asked him if he put the zesty sauce in there as I paid extra money for it and he blatantly lied to me and said yes. I pulled off but decided to check my bag and sure enough he had lied to me. And then after all of that the onion rings and fries were cold and soggy and the whopper jrs were all cold and nasty as well. Will not be back!

This location is easily one of the slowest and saddest places you can go. You can spend upwards of half an hour in the drive through line, and that’s only if you’re lucky enough to get your order in after 5-10 minutes waiting at the order screen. I come to this location every few months to see if anything has changed, but since the initial construction of the building it has just been the same experience without fail. The other reviews talking about the wait times are not even exaggerating. The food itself varies from passable to outright dry and overdone. Recently they started being open 24 hours, however when I tested this I was either met with radio silence at the order screens, or they just tell you that they’re not taking orders due to “switching over to breakfast” (at 3AM?). It is cheaper to go to a different location or food chain entirely than to idle your car away and consume gas doing it.
