Went back today for another. Went thru the drive thru. Took almost 30 min to get my food. The burger was cold and slapped together carelessly my fries were barely visible in the cup. So totally opposite from the service just last week. Minus 2 stars Original review: Omg the new hickory Whopper is sooooo delicious. Tried it on a whim and it was so good I forgot to take a photo till I already finished it all. But wow it was yummy. Sweet and spicy. Fresh off the grill.

I placed a mobile order expecting fresh food, only to walk into the store and see over 20 premade breakfast sandwiches already sitting out. When I picked up my order, I was handed one of those same premade sandwiches, and it was extremely greasy. Fast food should not operate this way, especially when customers are paying their hard-earned money and ordering ahead for convenience and freshness. This was disappointing and unacceptable. If food is going to be premade and sitting out, customers should be told upfront. Burger King needs to do better.

I got food and they put an unholy amount of mayo on the burger and it wasn’t even my order. Look like a horse blew his load on my sandwhich. I’m so disappointed with the food tonight. 1/5 stars hopefully they can make it right with a refund and maybe let me meet the horse who did this to my sandwhich.

I am writing a review to let everybody know that I go to Burger King’s all over the state and the Burger King at 5760 Ridge rd in PARMA is by far the best one in a long time the manager Marlene and I want to stress Marlene has always been nice to me every time I’ve ever been here… if there was even a slight mistake she always made up for it and honored the Burger King code of making sure your meal is good! I’ve never had a problem here the whole staff Is great but I’m sure that’s because management is doing such a great job… I go to the one on Mayfield Road it’s awful I go to the one in Mentor it’s awful I go to the one in Willoughby it’s awful this one very rarely makes a mistake and when it does they correct immediately without any sarcasm without any stress without anything they are awesome the manager Marlene she is so nice she’s been here a long time she needs a pay raise and she needs an absolute promotion I just went there today and I had the best Whopper the best fries the freshest fries and the best pop Coke I’ve had in a long time and I got to believe it’s because it’s the manager and the district manager I love this burger king! Thank you so much Burger King on 5760 Ridge Road you guys do a great job!

I have lived in this neighborhood all my life and I’ve never seen this Burger King run this horribly. They usually have two people working or at least that’s the way it seems. It’s 20 minutes just to get your order placed at the drive-thru. It’s ridiculous they need more help

What is going on with this restaurant. Walked up Saturday after pickleball and the door was locked before 8pm. Dining room is supposed to be open until 10. Sunday I drove up to the drive thru at 525pm and the girl said mobile orders only. The drive thru menu was lit up. Your electric sign says open late till 4am. What are you open for? It sounds like you are closed. Is this Burger King closing for good?

I used to love going to Burger King after work.. Now I don’t go there. It is really annoying to go there after a long shift and be told it’s only mobile orders by the rude, blonde employee. On the rare occasion that my order was taken, the blonde employee seems to be under the influence. (of alcohol, maybe?) I can smell it when she’s handing me my bag. This is highly unprofessional and I will not be going here again.

This location used to be great but now it’s turning into just another failing Burger King which seems to be the status quo for pretty much the whole west side. I drove a bit out of my way to go here but I won’t make that mistake again. Sat in the drive-thru for maybe 10 minutes and not a single car moved ahead of me. The person behind me drove off and I followed suit after maybe another minute. If they keep this up, their little problem of “cars in the drive-thru” will eventually go away.

Probably one of the dirtiest BKs I have been in lately. No tables in the dining area were wiped off. There was debris all over the floor. I was going to take pictures of the area behind the counter but there were too many people. I see why the BK chain is in trouble.

I never leave a bad review but my God. Went inside to order since the drive thru was so busy. I didn’t realize that wait inside would be 40 minutes. There was a couple that came in much later than us and they ordered at the counter and got their food 15 minutes before us. When we get food, not even the right order what so ever! That lady at the front was overly confident for being so lost on that job. Thank God for the dark haired young man that took my receipt and handled getting our order done for us! But I would say, it’s crazy at night time so beware! Check your order before you leave and going inside doesn’t do anything for speedy food, that’s for sure! That young man gets five stars but not the place itself.
