This was hands down the BEST SERVICE ive ever had from a Burger King franchise. My sandwiches were made fresh and neat, my hash browns were hot n cooked perfectly and the customer service was A1! Awesome job team!

This is a really good Burger King. You might have to wait a little but the food always tastes really fresh and they never have messed up the order. To tell you truth we have had some Whoppers from here that were unbelievable delicious! We were trying to figure out why they were so good and the only thing we could think of is everything must have been really fresh. But they were really good!

This was the absolute worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. First I tried to order 2 of the new chicken sandwiches one for me and one for my wife. I was told they only had 1 left??? so I ordered the spicy one for me my wife got a whopper they had a deal so we also ordered a bacon king. The wait was ridiculous took like 40 minutes. When we finally got the food you would expect it to be hot because we waited so long but to our surprise both of the burgers were old, cold and dry. The chicken sandwich didn’t even have pickles and wasn’t hot. I wouldn’t ever recommend that you visit or eat at this location.

2 stars for wait time. I can safely say you set a record! I’ve never spent 30 minutes in a drive thru line before. Not sure if you were under staffed, but that was a rough wait for fast food.

Waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to get our order taken. Then get to the food window and 2 staff members with gloves on are actively texting over food. Sign says the dining room is closed due to short staffed. We’ll customer service is number one and this was horrible. No sorry for the wait. Just smacking gum with mask down and handed bags out the window.
Only reason a 3 is the food was hot and order correct .

It’s burger king. They messed up my order, and gave me the wrong food. My first time going here. And it will also be my last. I read reviews before I came here, and decided to see myself if it was good or bad. I can say without a doubt it’s very subpar. The employee’s seem unhappy amongst other things. I was very polite saying thank you, and saying have a nice day. They didn’t seem to acknowledge me saying anything nice to them. It seems like they don’t care about the customers. I’ve been to one other burger king consistently, and this burger king resembles that burger king a lot. At that burger king they had to fire the whole staff and hire a whole new set of staff. If I was the owner of the burger king I just went to I’d consider releasing a lot of the staff and bring in people who have a better attitude, and that care about the customer. The reviews don’t lie there needs to be change there. Took me one time to figure that out.

Waited in the drive-thru line for half an hour. There were only four cars ahead of me. Finally ordered and it wasn’t even worth it. The chicken fries and mozzarella sticks were hard as rocks and tasted like dust.
This place is a hot mess. Spare yourselves the headache and go to the one on Brookpark.

I would stay away from this place, poor service, that’s even if the staff decides to see you standing inside for 10-20 minutes waiting to place an order. No one seems to care about their jobs and your order gets screwed up a lot also. It never use to be this bad but just remember McDonalds and Wendys is just up the hill on Turney rd in garfield hts. I would give 0 stars for this place, but that’s not an option

Drive thru window server had major attitude and you could barely understand what he was saying like today’s rappers.
Order took more time than I’m used to especially with one other person ahead of me.
I don’t know how many people were working but it didn’t give me the warm and fuzziest.

Food is OK at best. Such a long wait. Employees standing around doing nothing while line backs up. There were 3 cars in front of me and a more than 15 min wait to get order taken. Cant even get order right. These fsdt food places need to get better or they will lose valuable customers.
