Customer service is diabolical. If you attempt actually going inside the store you will not be greeted. This location is solely servicing doordash and drive thru and has no respect for the lobby. I stood in this line with people in front of me who left because they weren’t acknowledged then I asked if they are servicing the lobby and was mey with attitude as I was told yes but you have to wait until we get to you. Its unbelievable to treat paying customers that way but I guess I cant have it my way when it comes to customer service. I left as well without ordering and I will not bother to revisit since the food is and always has been sub-par.

I am a drive and I think I give pretty good service. This is the second time this week. I’ve eaten at Burger King and the food was cold. While the lady flirted with the guy in the car ahead of me. It felt like forever I needed to get back to work and I couldn’t the food was disgusting and the only reason why I ate it was cause I didn’t have time for them to cook me something else. I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for food. I’m a diabetic and I needed to eat right then and there I feel sick sicker they need to do better. Their food is disgusting at this location at night.

We ordered on the app and it was a large order so it wasn’t a surprise they forgot something. When he went inside, i was on the phone, some lady swear up and down as if she made the sandwiches. He said she said it was a white bag but we didn’t get a white bag. They probably gave it to someone else. They did make them over. All the food was nasty.

The fact burger king doesn’t give you a refund is unreasonable, especially in my situation. I ordered carry out and, it took me about 20min to get to the restaurant, waited about 15min in line just to be told they couldn’t make my whopper. The employee did over other options like a drink or fries but I primarily made the order for the whopper so I declined. There was a low ball of 35mins to communicate about the order or cancel and I’m forced to take a coupon vs just getting a refund.

BUT – my whopper was covered in like half a cup of mayonnaise and was inedible. The burger patty also tasted old and dry.
I saw three young women working very hard. And 3 to 4 young men just standing around in the back when I was there. I was there for about 15 minutes placing and waiting for my order inside the restaurant, And this went on the entire time. Why are all the women employees working and all the men employees just fooling around at your Burger King ?

Bought chicken sandwiches last night and they were partially raw from not being separated while frying. Fries were undercooked and smelled partially cooked. I observed the lady in the grill area on her cell phone from the window. Stopped in today and had the uneaten items and the manager on duty said she can’t do nothing without a receipt. I am keeping the food for further reference and posting a photo of the order. Went there today it’s 12,45 AM and was told closed. Sorry service. Unfavorable attitudes with staff. Sorry today at 12AM was told only doing door dash and mobile orders via drive through. This restaurant doesn’t deserve any stars. Three times in a row weeks apart. This must be a regular thing here. I will not be back! Going across the street to Wendy’s

This location used to bring out food within 5 minutes, yet I waited nearly 15 minutes for a Swiss chicken sandwich and fries meal. Cashier was friendly but unknowledgeable, poorly dressed and overall looked unhygienic for the job. Interior decor is drab and hasn’t been changed since at least the 2000’s, similar to most Burger Kings at present. There’s a reason BK’s direct competitors such as Chick-fil-A and Wendy’s are doing really well as of late- they invest in more staff and better training than most fast food restaurant chains. If Burger King hopes to survive past this decade they need to invest in more staff and improved training. Overall a far cry from the kind of BK I knew growing up in the 90’s. Flame broiled burgers still great, though.

I just went there to pick up an online order. They gave me the wrong food twice. I stuck my hand in someone else’s bag of food and they gave that food to them. I asked for a refund and they said “come inside because you’re not holding up my line” as if it wasn’t their fault for keep giving me the wrong order.
