This is the worst Burger King I have ever ordered from. The food arrives cold every time I have ordered from this restaurant. The food quality is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Management is worthless and seems to not care about the customers or the food they serve.

I placed an online order through the app for my husband to pick up via the drive-thru on his way home from work. The app does’nt allow you to choose no ice when ordering drinks. My husband picked up the order and forgot that he needed to request no ice when going through the drive-thru so that when the drinks were made, they’d be made without ice. He went inside and asked the cashier if he could get the 2 drinks remade without ice. She went and asked the manager. The manager said that since it was not specified on the receipt that there was to be no ice, it could not be made without ice. She’s the store manager, but she doesn’t know that the app doesn’t allow you to choose no ice when ordering drinks? Regardless of that, what happened to customer service and making your customers happy? It was 2 drinks, not the whole order, just 2 drinks. Secondly, we ordered 2 of the Viking sundaes. If there are any of the black and green cookie crumbles on the top, you can’t see it. I’ve attached 2 pictures that show what our sundaes came looking like. The cups weren’t even full, and they didn’t resemble the picture on the app at all. The app also showed that the drinks came in special How To Train Your Dragon cups. We got them in plain cups. Part of the reason we wanted this order was because of the dragon cups. Maybe the app showed promo cups that don’t actually exist, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. No matter how many times we’ve ordered from this location, something is always wrong with our order. From now on, we will go to a different location and not this one. We’ve had enough of dealing with our order being messed up or being treated rudely, which, in my opinion, the way my husband was treated today was rude.

BK #1 WORSE LOCATION. It took 38 minutes in drive thru at 4pm. The slowest Burger King in town, that over charges. I asked for store manager, employee didn’t know who it was. They also didn’t want to give me a receipt.

This Burger King either needs more employees or better management. Every time we’ve come here we’ve had to wait what is an absurd amount of time for the food (30+ minutes) even when we place an order online ahead of time. It was 9:20pm and their dining room was closed and locked. Even though their dining room hours are supposed to be open until 10pm. So now I have to wait in a ridiculous line while my food gets cold. And I can’t just drive away because I’ve already paid online. This is absurd and needs to be fixed. We’ve given this location several chances and all have been the same.
The employees we have interacted with are very kind.
Unfortunately, this is the last time we will be ordering from this location.

Not too bad but not too great. Kind of smelled bad inside the store. Restroom seemed decent, at least they have paper towels. The food was typical BK food. Seemed a little thrown together. Service was pretty friendly and quick. I didn’t have to stand at the counter long before someone asked about my mobile order. I’d eat here again if I were in the area.

The food at this burger king was not great. And I was missing a burger, but I made it all the way home before I check my food. But it’s cool I will not go to this burger king again some places it’s not worth your money. And the employees was not welcoming. I learn my lesson when the service is not great or food that is not good don’t waste your money on garbage food. Because you will have a bad taste you will never forget. Read this review and take it serious because your health is serious. This is not a game this is real life, and it’s sad because people don’t treat others they way they want to be treated. And that is just the truth.

I went to this BK at a desperate time, I was in the area and hungry. Once inside this establishment a customer was in front of me waiting for his food. The guy who seem to be the manger kept asking for the man’s fries to finish his order…he ask multiple times before he finally receive them. That was a red flag for me too leave then.
I decided then to order only 1 thing thats it. My order was taken by a pleasant nice young lady, it was after this the tomfoolery started.
I order the sourdough crispy chicken with just cheese, lettuce, and mayo. People I got the sandwich and the bread was not grill. I recieve a slam sandwich, it tasted ok but the bread is not grill. That makes the sandwich different, it suppose to be grill sourdough bread …ok that’s how it’s advertise man.

Come here a few times a week because it is the closest place to my work. It is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to and not just once or twice – it is slow every single day. I know pulling up that I’ll be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for 1 burger and no sides or drink. Most days wait is about 30 minutes. Just wait 9 minutes for 2 cars to move. Crazy.
