My wife and I had lunch at this store today and were amazed by the outstanding service and performance provided by the manager on duty named Jay, as well as his staff. Jay was extremely polite and friendly. Our food was served in a timely fashion and it was fresh and hot. It’s been a long time since we have had this level of service at a Burger King and we truly appreciate the refreshing and wonderful experience. Thank you Jay, keep up the great work and positivity. I would rather commit to shopping at the steelyard Walmart then ever have to come back here for food. Seems like the young girls are the hardest workers and only ones with brain cells. Slowest fast food line I’ve ever been in. Dude on the burger line needed told 3 times what to put on my burgers after I came back to show them the receipt and that they had put a bunch of stuff on there that I had asked to not have. If I owned this franchise i’d shut it down in a hear clean house and get some employees that can read a screen and execute.

Yet another fast food restaurant where the workers have decided to care more about their convenience rather than the quality of the service. If you know I’m doing doordash and I’m not supposed to be in line, then why make me get in line, where you’re backed up and not handling orders in a timely fashion. There should be no way that it takes more than 30 minutes to review orders the manager told me was read when I called. It’s 1030 pm. Whoever the manager is ont his shift, needs to be notified TO PICK UP THE FREAKING PACE.

Waited in line for a half hour. Slow as can be. Took my entire lunch break just sitting, waiting. Drive thru worker had a hard time understanding my basic order that was only 2 meals with no changes/substitutions. You can see workers standing around inside when you finally do get to the window. Not much happening here.

This Burger King location is really slow in the drive thru; plus they keep messing up my order. I ordered the bacon king & they put the wrong sized buns on the burger. The meat was burnt & the bacon was hard. They also keep messing up my friends order. Choosing a different location next time.

I went to this BK at a desperate time, I was in the area and hungry. Once inside this establishment a customer was in front of me waiting for his food. The guy who seem to be the manger kept asking for the man’s fries to finish his order…he ask multiple times before he finally receive them. That was a red flag for me too leave then.
