Negative 4 stars. U close at 11 but if u got there at 9 they are only taking mobile orders because they are “short staffed”. They turn all the outside lights off So I can pull over and make a order online but u can’t just take it over the speaker? Plz help this make sense to me. Then I am missing half my order and they were so busy texting on their phone they wouldn’t even look up. I tried going to the door and it was locked with 2 employees just standing there looking at me thru the window . we had to drive back around. Don’t bother. Go anywhere else.

Breakfast staff sucks today. The new general manager has run this store into the ground. Nothing compares to the last one! Everything used to always be on point! Now this store is trash! They need to try new management to see if this place can become close to what it used to be!

So i was out shopping in the area and decided to pick up some burgers for my son my dad and myself. I was interested in trying the new sourdough king. Burger bacon cheese toasted sourdough bread how can you go wrong. Here let me tell you. After having to repeat myself several times at the drive thru speaker…. i get home to see the bread was for a lack of better terms Inside out. Wth sorry but you had one job, there were no special requests being made for these burgers. They were all made incorrectly. The toasted side goes on the outside. It basically looked like the burger was slapped on two pieces of white bread. It was not realized till I got home, and because I wake daily at 5am I figured I’d just call and speak to the manager then. We did end up eating the burgers I tried to toast at least the side that didnt have mayo on it and my son removed the bread completely. When i spoke to Sarah the next morning she was less than pleasant. She kinda growled at me like well did you eat the sandwich? I’m like uh yah that was our dinner. Well then I dont know what you expect me to do about it. Her first explanation was is that it was busy. Um no there was 1 car that ordered ahead of me. Nice try then she went on to say it was just a mistake. 1 sandwich is considered a mistake 4 is intentionally making it wrong or not being supervised on how to make it correctly. I felt she did not handle the situation appropriately and I’m hoping to hear back from a district manager. I really wont be returning to this location anytime in the future. And along with the bread wrong side up the sandwiches were lukewarm (as if they had been sitting on the warmer) and there was inconsistent amts of bacon on each sandwich. The first picture is what it should look like the rest are what it did look like. Much disappointment Burger King. So much for having it my way or in this case the Right way.

Visited around 11:00pm maybe, and even though there were people there, they didn’t tend to me and looked me like I was a problem. They walked out the side of notifying building to a parked car, giving me a weird look. So, I left.

This is one of the best managed fast food places around! I pick up here for door dash several times a week, the staff is kind and so hard working. Always incredibly clean! Love this Burger King!
