We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was very nice. They allowed us in about 30 minutes early to decorate and get things ready. I believe Brianna was the girl who helped us and there were two other young men who were so nice. They were very patient when I had to order for 9 kids and were quick with having everything ready! I would recommend them and I’d definitely have another party there!

This is probably the best fast food restaurant ive ever been to. They mistakenly put ketchup (allergic) on one of the burgers I purchased. Unfortunately I bit into it before realizing and got very sick. When I called and went back to have it replaced they handled it extremely well and made up for it by giving me a free hot fry and a drink for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with their professionalism and kindness.

I utilized one of my rewards to get a free Whopper Jr. I only drink water and I was only getting the free reward junior because normally my wife is with me It’s usually dinner so we never use the rewards as they’re usually only a small sandwich. So they never get used. But I was by myself and this was a tide me over because I was hungry . I figured might as well use one of my rewards. What I can’t believe is when I spend all the money I spend at Burger King on a weekly basis, and I asked for a water along with a reward they still had to charge me a dime for the cup. I mean I wasn’t being cheap I only drink water all the time. But I thought geez I’m getting a reward and they’re so freaking worried about it they got to charge me for the cup. When Burger King messes up and gives me the wrong sandwich or shorts me on a item I don’t even complain I just figure oh well cuz I’m not going to drive back and get what I didn’t get I just let it go. But if they’re that freaking cheap that they got to charge me a dime for a cup then I’m going to start getting the things that I paid for.

The lady taking our order was the most impatient person I’ve seen in the service industry. She wouldn’t let us finish our order before cutting us off. When given our food we were given the wrong food after she took our order wrong and we corrected her 3 times. The food was old and the nuggets we got tasted like soggy Tyson chicken nuggets.

Ordered two brisket whopper jr’s today with no cheese. I am deathly allergic to cheeses of any kind. I got cheese on BOTH sandwiches. I always check but not today, jokes on me. I called, and of course no one answered. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get a simple order correct…….Done with Wellington BK

Got my order and I missing a large fry and a Large drink. Really awesome, I paid $50 and I didn’t want everything that I paid for. Cool thank you for that. Oh just found out after saying no ketchup or mayo I got both on my burger so thats even better! I didn’t wanna eat.

The price for the taste, it’s good. I will say that the menu changing in the middle of trying to look at it is very annoying!! Made it hard to read, and when I asked what they offered for kids the lady didn’t know!
