This has a play ground and it’s more modern. I ordered for pickup order inside and the app says they will bring it to the counter and say your name. They did not bring it to the counter or say my name but let me wait for 10 minutes before I asked where my order was. If the app says my name will be announced, maybe share that with your employees?

Sat at the order speaker for 15 minutes before they even took our order, then ordered an $11 sandwich meal and got a nasty $3 wrap that had hardly anything in it instead of the sandwich and cold fries. The mozzarella sticks were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside.

Ordered the new chicken wrap! Very disappointing, not much bigger than the palm of my hand and the piece of chicken might have been and inch big. Got it as a meal which was 7.99! Ridiculous!!!

I normally come in every morning. Times I had to wait until 6:15am or later for breakfast. 2 Amish ladies. Never open up at 6:00am. Yesterday doors were locked still at 6:20am. Pounding on the door. And no one answers. Went to the bigger window and seen this woman, standing there doing nothing. I got in my car and went to the take out window. Gave my order, and she said that they were all out of eggs. WHAT????

Ordered big king $12 dollar meal for my wife and I. Smallest burger ever with only half the toppings. It was pitiful. Middlefield Burger King is now on our band list. It is now Burger Flop! We are tired of returning food at all these food places.

Shameful is the best way to put it. Waited 10-12 minutes for a $4 order – 8 pc nugget and a chicken sandwich. They weren’t busy. They had us pull around front. When we got our food the sandwich was mushy and the nuggets were luke warm. Definitely won’t be back. What a joke.
