Stopped in because I just noticed the new BBQ Brisket Whopper and was excited to try it. Walked up to the counter because my truck was too big to go through the drive through and waited patiently for around 15 minutes without a single recognition. Hardly anyone going through the drive through and yet we couldn’t even get our order taken. I love Burger King’s food but I will never spend another dime at this store. Very unprofessional service.

Old review Both large Onion rings were old and oily all 3 of the melts were barely browned and quite frankly the women was rude and rushed us through the whole transaction as if they’re not there to get paid.

I love coming to this Burger King the chicken here is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have amazing shakes too. The service there is great everyone seems very polite and friendly. They are willing to do somethings with meals and drinks that other stores I’ve tried going to won’t do. It’s very clean and tidy when I usually go. It’s been a wonderful experience every single time

I used to like Burger King but I have to give them a bad review! I gave the young lady a $20 bill and I checked my receipt. And I got charged $19 on my card! When it should have been $2.00 I have my receipt. They owe me $18.00 they can at least give me a gift certificate or something! It was Burger King at the Ohio Valley Mall
