Ordered. Ordered my sandwiches plain. There were no cars in the drive through. Got my order and they forgot my drink. Got that ok no problem. Get home and what i find is that my chicken sandwiches are, at best, mildly thawed and covered in mayo and lettuce. The other sandwich wasnt plain either and had the patties has a gel like texture.totally inedible purchase. Would not recommend this bk. Support offered me a coupon for 5 off. Thanks for nothing.

The mozzarella fries were hot, but extremely dried out and disgusting. The cheese wasn’t even melted, it was more like an eraser than a cheese stick. The chicken sandwich and fries were okay, and the service wasn’t great either. I’ve been to this location a few times and it has never been this bad before. On the bright side, at least I won’t have to buy office supplies any time soon!

I love this place. Especially dining in. The floors are sticky but that doesn’t really matter since you’ll probably be sitting down. The food is delicious and you get unlimited Soda too. And I tried the Oreo Milkshake and its SOOO Good! I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I literally watched a woman with no teeth eating food out of the expo area and then handle my food. No gloves nothing. And the manager said I didn’t see anything when I said something. Absolutely disgusting.

I go to Burger King every now then mostly for breakfast. Today I ordered the jr burrito meal and a vanilla iced coffee. Everything was good, it was freshly made. The tater tots were too crispy but that’s ok. The vanilla iced coffee was bomb! Better than McDonald’s iced coffee. Two of the young ladies at the window were very nice, I can’t remember their names. But Good Job ladies

Great food. Great deals with burger king rewards and has a great seating. Drive-thru is also great. Service not the fastest I’ve seen but is not bad.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no movement of the line. I proceeded to park and go inside to order my food. The manager was running the register and it took him over 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. He told me he would be right with me, and left me standing there for an additional 10 minutes. When he finally took my order he argued with an employee over why she had not taken my order. It was awkward and uncomfortable to say the least. I live in the neighborhood of this Burger King, and it has been around since I was a kid. It’s sad to see, after they remodeled the store, the service was still so poor. When I finally received my food, there was no apology, which at a minimum, I felt was deserved. It’s store #565, and it was today around 7pm. Needless to say, I will choose another place to spend my money, and in my city, there are numerous options.

Ive gotten my order correct maybe 2% of the time but this time was the absolute worst experience. The person working the window (store #565 at 1:49pm) gave me a old,hard fish sandwich that was drowned in condiments. Kept trying to give us the wrong order and got an attitude with us. For as expensive as the food is,it shouldn’t be so horrible it’s inedible with equally disgusting service.

If zero stars were possible I would rate it zero. Waited 20 minuites for a hamburger. One hamburger while they weren’t busy. Ended up leaving will never return. Staff stood up front talking the whole time. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
