Not from the area. Decided to get fast food for the road instead of stopping at a sit down restaurant.
We were so glad we did. This BK had the best service and greatest tasting food.
Great job to the employees working Sat 11/22 at lunch time. If every BK served food like you do there would be more still open.

The speaker was messed up in the driveway. They couldn’t hear me, so she had me come up to the window. She was so pleasant and kind and got my children crowns. E you were awesome thank you. When picking up the food at the second window there was another friendly face and smile. Very happy experience that made my kids smile.

I like burger kings just for impossible burgers. I’d also have to say there fish sandwich is better then McDonald’s. I like you can still get hi c fruit punch here. I use to be hooked on the rodio burgers back in the day I like there bqq sauce I would of given a 4 star but they pulled all my toppings on my impossible be burger be in by one spot

This is the best Burger King in the Toledo area, period. The staff is always super friendly, they pay attention to detail and have never gotten my order wrong. The food is always amazing. Im never disappointed with this location. I actually drive a little further to go to this location over one closer to home.

My family and me went to get food there, $45 worth of food. First they forgot the taste tots, and they was sitting right in front of them, we ordered (6) six total burgers, 2 were double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 were reg hamburgers with ketchup only. I receive my bags, then go to my car to realize they didn’t put bacon on either of the bacon bitters and both hamburgers had everything, I then take them back in to get it fixed, they give me been and I go back to car to find out they have me two bacon cheeseburgers with only one patty, I then had to go back to correct the order once again. Finally they got the order correct but the order was so cold the cheese would not melt and bacon was extremely cold, I have had to go in 3 times by now so I cut my losses and try to contact their corporate offices, we usually use the app, but the app was down when we went to order so we had to order inside and didn’t get the receipt for the order, only to realize they will not help without my receipt. Would not recommend it and it is another reason burger kings are closing all scross the country.

I am giving 5 stars rendered based off of a mistake that was fixed. I had to go back to get this order fixed. However I feel it was worth it. The manager Anthony was very kind. Also apologized and asked how he could make the order right. I appreciate the good service I appreciate good service guys keep up the good work.

Bunch kids as employees and not putting attention to the costumers , common is supposed to be fast food , I was waiting over 8 minutes to make my order and few teenagers making social life inside talking talking and talking ,, finally I left the place
