Wonderful food and decorations at this location! Went in for the SpongeBob whopper and they happily accomidated replacing the patty with the impossible alternative. The cashier was a very soft spoken and kind young lady, she made sure we got our float even though the machine was down when we ordered. Love this location!

This is the best run fast food location of ANY brand in the area. Rex at the drive thru is super nice, but so is the staff inside. Hopefully the store will get a refresh soon as it is a little tired inside. But the franchisee and BK corporate should be proud of this location.

I went there for breakfast. Ordered the food. Payed at the window. He Wouldn’t give me a receipt. Than charged me for something I dident want or ask for. Than didn’t give them to me. Than when I asked what this charge is for. He said for cinnasticks. Which I dident order. Than told me they were out of them and couldn’t refund me because there was no manager there. So this place is stealing money from people. Don’t leave until you Get a receipt or pay attention to the charges. I just left because it was 2 something. Just letting people know what’s going on here.

Our lunch was ordered through the drive-thru. The cashier appeared to be on his phone. Like we didn’t just order. It was minutes (no exaggeration). No one behind us ordering. He actually looked startled when I finally got his attention. This is our favorite morning place to go. The service is better.

Placed an online order through this location for lunch today. The service was spectacular. Think Chic Fil A… but not forced. Im bummed we live so far from this location. They have a great crew here. And the food was hot and fresh! Best part of it all!!

I just had the worst experience. The guy taking my order had such an attitude when I told him I was a reward code. First he tried charging me for an extra meal and I told him I only wanted one meal. I told him that it was okay and to not worry about putting my rewards in and that I would just use it next time. He then raises his voice with an attitude and goes on to say how he was to completely redo my order and tell the guys in the kitchen what’s going on. He then wouldn’t give me back my $20 (window was shut) so I had to honk and I had had enough. I took my $20 and went to the next window to let them know I was cancelling my order. I told the man at the next window what happened and he said “well that’s what he was trying to do. He was trying to put your rewards in”. I said he needed to change his attitude and I left.
I have worked at many restaurants and I completely understand if someone is having a bad day. But there is no reason for a worker to be that rude and unapologetic towards a customer. I was being nice the whole time trying to understand what was happening.
Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this Burger King. I used to love it and the employees, but this just completely ruined my experience.

Yummy Impossible Whopper is our family favorite…!!! Besides that Double whopper sandwich, Whopper junior and onion rings taste really good there!! Always great price with coupons..!! Also Covid protocol has been maintained very well.
