I went thru the second drive thru order intercom and was told to wait I’ll take your order in a few. I waited 10 mins 3 other cars that came after me got their orders in before me in the other drive order menu. While waiting the girl servicing the drive thru turned on my intercom and I could hear her criticizing the customers saying they look weird and not gonna take their order and some other rude remarks I go to the window and ask for a manager cause my order was never taken and to complain about my issue. The manager was very rude kept talking over me and giving excuses didnt even offer to take my order at the window to make things right and just walked away before I was even done talking to him. This is the rudest service I have ever experienced and I advice they be better trained for the customer I was being reasonable but I don’t appreciate my time being waisted or the attitude I was given.

I walked into the restaurant, and to start, the cashier said that I’m just gonna have e to wait to order because he had to use the bathroom and I ended up having to wait for t minutes after there was 2 other people just standing around. Also I asked to order a smoothie and they said they don’t sell them but yet thwre is a sign up saying that their smoothies are made fresh. So go figure

Yeah I’m not coming back. My whole purpose was to come and grab food for my son, so I can go back home and study instead of fixing dinner and plus my son haven’t had fast food in a months. I still have to fill his belly because the 8 piece nuggets literally tasted burnt. They are frying with old grease. Nope I’m good and this is a reminder to stay cooking at home!

Went twice on a Sunday, they were closed in the morning, the second time went inside, people cussing, store is dirty and not just fast food dirty the store looks like it has bugs, I just left . Employees look miserable and they were not very pleasent. Looks like the health department should be called and they need some training on customer service. Just garbage food and garbage people. I cant believe they let people like this work at a food establishment. Will not be returning

This place was a hot mess a few years ago, to the point we stopped going altogether. Over the past year or two, it had improved a lot. Today we ordered 2 combos, one with onion rings and the chicken sandwich plain. We also ordered 4 hamburgers with ketchup and mayo only. Both orders came with fries. No onion rings. The chicken sandwich was not plain,rather came with the usual mayo and lettuce we explicitly asked not be on it. The hamburgers were all standard, with ketchup, mustard and a pickle, none as ordered with ketchup and mayo only. So literally no one of the 4 in our party got what they ordered and, due to food allergies, some couldn’t eat at all. So I guess we’re back to not going to the fast food place closest to us for a while, unless and until they get it together again. The last time the whole order was correct for 2-4 folks was roughly 5 visits ago.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food but here I am,, My grandson and I just had lunch today at this location. Everything tasted great, super fast and the store was clean. I just wanted to thank the staff at Alexis Rd for crazy quick service and fresh tasty lunch (12pm). Even my 12yrold grandson commented on how fast and great tasting everything was.

Just came through about a half hour ago not expecting much as far as service per usual to most fast food places. But couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with the young lady who waited on us in the drove through. She was patient and explained one of the meals we mistook for a double whopper meal. Just overall very pleasant experience. And the food was amazing!

Not super stoked on this burger king. I usually visit burger Kings because the impossible whopper but when I ordered two from this restaurant they both came out super super dry and burnt like they had been sitting around all day. If I wasn’t starving and it wasn’t late I would have returned them but I already got home at that point. Barely edible and definitely dry and old patties.

I legit just left here about 20 ago I originally drive past the first window because nobody was there I waited bout min and half so I pulled forward to pay at the second …they then yelled hello out of the 1st window then had a attitude because I didn’t see anyone? Lol so I also compliment the girl at windows nails and then when we went to pull away she made a comment about myself or my daughter what a very rude employee they have I was nice to her even ….to many young careless disrespectful teens working there I won’t return to that location because I was over charged fir #1 because I got 2 whopper juniors meals and one was supposed to be a big Mac meal but we got shorted the #1 even tho I paid 10 dollars for a 7 buck meal ….worse burger King visit ever in my life

I get the lady at the desk was new but it kind of felt like she needed more training before she was out on the register to take orders. Stuff was missed on our order so we had to go back in, we almost didn’t get other things we had paid for, and were given too many drinks. I’m all for free food but this was a bit much for just two people.
