By far the BEST BK in NW Ohio. They must get their croissants from somewhere else cause they are the flakiest fluffiest croissants I’ve ever had. The other BKs in the area have ones that look like someone sat on them.

Wonderful place to stop. Manager Brianna was super kind and helpful. I stopped out a week ago and had initial rough experience. Maybe it was a bad night for the crew then, I am not sure, but the manager and owner looked into this and did everything possible to make things right and treat me very respectful. I felt spoiled by Brianna’s kindness. I stopped out during a busy lunch on sunday at 1pm and the place was clean and organized. Thank you for making things right and being a great Burger King. Praise God your manager is a saved Christian woman as well. Christ is shining thru her.

October 1st around 12:30pm my family came in to dine in and the lady who was on front register started to get an attitude since my husbands food was rung in wrong. She even snatched the bag out of his hand when he brought it up and told her. There was a lady who helped out which was nice after all the attitude from the other lady and her storming off.
As someone who both of us have worked fast food previously it was very inappropriate!! We will not dine in here again or come again to this location.

Grumpy lady walking around cleaning constantly and scolding my kid yet somehow the place is still dirty everywhere you look. Grumpy short lady needs to go. Behind the counter the two young ladies we interacted with were helpful and friendly. But I won’t be back.

They are now requiring you to spend money to redeem free items. They are claiming they can’t have a $0 total, even if you are redeeming points for free food. Very sad.. Guess I will stop using the rewards being they are not free as advertised. The neighborhood is terrible. Certain staff members don’t care.

Ordered two combo meals and thought that I would have a quick and great experience. Nope. We sat in a drive thru line for 20 minutes, two cars were in front of us and one car was behind … Only for more cars to join the waiting game. I wasn’t sure if a shift change was going on, but the wait was crazy.

Where do I begin?
Went yesterday and when the girl was taking my order she rudely kept asking me “is that everything?” ,even after my very first item I ordered, not only that but she constantly was screwing up my order.
Upon recieving my food she had forgot serveral of my item, and the items that I did get were cold and we were stuck warming them up at home.
Keep in mind that we were the only ones there for 5 to 10 minutes, and they EASILY were fully staffed, there were probably 5 or 6 crew members and they were all standing around BSing and one girl was even eating ice cream in the kitchen (wonder what the health dept has to say about that?). There’s no excuse for this poor of service with a full team serving two people.
