If I could give this place a zero rating, I would me and my partner are DoorDash and I am an and I am a diabetic My sugar was abnormally low and we stopped to grab some food expecting a Burger King to be good as normal. Burger King‘s are good when we ordered we ordered the two cheeseburger meal. They first messed up my wife’s order by not making the burgers correctly and then once we received the food and she started eating it she was not able to finish the first burger because it made her physically ill. I don’t know what’s wrong with these guys food but it made my wife sick and me sick. They need to do better when we tried to call the store to let them know of this. they did not answer and sent us straight to voicemail so I proceeded to tell them to do better. I do not recommend this for anybody.

We stopped in for a bite to eat after driving 3hrs across Ohio and this place is horrible. Worst BK I ever been to. Manager gave me the wrong sandwich not once but twice! The bun was so stale it fell apart before I touched it. Overloaded with toppings and condiments that made it disgusting. To me, it seemed like the workers in the back were having a bad day dealing with so many mistakes and were fed up. They weren’t even busy.

All me and my husband heard was someone in the store mocking us about wanting fresh food the other night the sweet girl in the back didn’t catch her name said she didn’t know what was going on she was so sweet could tell she was stressed got to the window and saw the what we think was a manger heavy set guy with reddish beard was mocking us while bagging our food was very rude when handing it out got mad because we asked for ketchup slammed the window

The difference in quality between the AM and PM shifts is literally day and night… I came here at noon and had the absolute BEST cheeseburger I’ve ever had at Burger King. It tasted even better than it did when I was a kid, I was seriously impressed with the quality of food and service there. Fastforward to my post work midnight dinner and my fries are cold and stale, like chewing cardboard, the chicken looks sad and gross, plus it came with like half a bottle of mayo on it, the bun was stale, they gave me the thick white parts of the lettuce that nobody eats because its bitter and gross.. I haven’t had my burger yet but dont even know if i want to open it to be honest. Im afraid of what I’ll see Idk when the night shift starts but I would just avoid going here after 5pm to be safe yall

Food was ice cold. The manager tried to blame the chicken sandwich being cold on the lettuce and tomatoes. Whopper was cold like it had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Plus we got stiffed on the onion rings. Manager was pleasant but there was no excuse. The manager did make it right.

I typically only review when something or someone is exceptional. This one is different.
I gave this place a try 4 times – 2 of those orders were inedible.
Let me rephrase – I ate it, but it was a struggle. One stringy overcooked chicken sandwich is a mistake. A second cold fry with a burg that I can barely bite thtough is a systematic problem.
Fast food is a treat for me – I expect it to be tasty.
Bad hires?
Struggling to stay afloat with McDonalds and Wendy’s as neighbors?
Whatever the problem, I will not return.
