I dont ever have anything bad to say about this place. Today we went after work and I got to go food thru the drive thru. It took 20 mins 2 cars left behind us while we waited . Kids are running the place. Anyhow we ordered 2 new specialty sandwiches and they had hardly any of the toppings for it. I ordered plain bacon king like I always have and they put mayo on it. I am disgusted after biting into it. No longer want to eat this after figuring it out half way thru eating .Also I paid for 2 ranch and only got 1 after asking on our way out since it wasnt in the bag. I didnt even get a receipt. Please yall do better it cost me 55$ tonight to feed my family of 4 and only thing yall didnt mess up was my Lil girls kids meal and chicken nuggets . Sheeeeesh

Would be 5 stars, BUT! I ordered double cheeseburger and 2-Chicken Junoirs/WITH pickles…both chicken junoirs had a sticker that said “JR Ckn+ pickles” Neither Chicken Jr had pickles on them. I’m not mad about it, I am just saying, it’s a pretty simple request lol.
Update, don’t waste your time. Employee will be busy tucked around the corner taking selfie and texting instead of taking your order. Kiosk was down, so couldn’t place it myself.

Thank you for reminding me why I don’t eat at burger king. Absolutely disgusting. After seeing thr workers its not hard to understand why. People that cant take care of themselves should not be serving people food. Period.

This review is not a dig against the hourly employees, as they are only doing their job. My issue is with the management they have running the place.
Since we (my family) travel all over the Midwest for business purposes, there times we are away from home for up 15 hours some day. That necessitates the need to stop and get food on the go. Historically, Burger King locations have been one off the more accommodating of the restaurants we go to and one of the few that have a decent vegetarian option(my mom didn’t feel like Subway today.)
We like our fries cooked extra and have gotten this request fulfilled at over 33+ locations all over Indiana and some place in Ohio. We politely asked the clerk if we could have the fries as we requested he said he would have to ask his manager. He came back and said he couldn’t. We then ask if we could talk to the manager.
The manager made excuses that they didn’t have a timer setting to cook them more. We politely explained to her how all the other locations were able to, which she quipped a snarky “we can’t, it kills the grease”. Onion rings and breaded items degrade oil more (I used to work in the food industry.) If I did that to a customer I would have at best been given a written disciplinary write up, if not terminated!!!
This manager has little to no customer service skills and is very unprofessional. The only reason why this review even has 1 star is because I physically can’t give a lower score and they didn’t put mayonnaise on my sandwich.

They refused to give me my change for an order but thankfully I got a refund. The place is ran incompetently and will scam their customers out of their money.

Fast and efficient. Our order was served in no time. Our food was hot and delicious. It was a nice change since other Burger Kings that we have been to are usually subpar. We enjoyed our visit here and will keep this place in mind the next time that we are in town

Long wait 2 cars ahead of me I ordered the crispy classic royal chicken the sandwich was very dry old and inedible will be calling Fulton county health department i would tell people to not waste your time and money
