My food was great, but I’m a little miffed the very nice, polite, friendly worker in the drive thru shorted me $5 change. He was good at wadding the money up so you couldn’t see the bills and I pulled off due to the line behind me. Hope he enjoys his tip! Lol

Went into the restaurant to place a to go order and stood there for at least 10 to 15 mins and no one acknowledged us even when several al people saw us standing there and did say anything or offered to take our order. So we left with me say hey you do have people in front that also needs help but we are leaving thank you for nothing.

Careful with this location. Very hit or miss. And extreme hygiene issues. I will not be back. The glob of human hair in the bottom of my hashbrown is the final nail in the coffin for this location. It is disgusting and risky eating there.

These lame fools called the cops bc we asked about burgers in the morning, they laughed like it was an unreasonable request and acted scared as if we were being hostile , every other Burger King from Virginia to Texas to North Carolina does burgers in the morning but they can’t here, so much for have it your way.

We went to Napoleon BK for a fast dinner. The drive through was 6 deep, so my wife went inside to place our order. After waiting about 8 minutes our food came out. She jumped back in the truck and we went home. She ordered 2 Whopper meals. Not that tough, or so I would think. We got home didn’t get Whoppers my burger was burnt to the point it broke when I bit into it. No Kinding broke. Not even close to a Whopper. No lettuce or tomato, no sesame seed bun. The fries were hot and very salty. Pop was cold.
Wife had lettuce and tomato on her sandwich, but it was not a Whopper.

Love coming to Burger King at 12:30 just to hear music blaring through a speaker talking bout sex dropping the n word as a suburban white dude it’s uncomfortable there’s socially acceptable music and what was being played is not it next time ide recommend some frank Sinatra or Luciano Pavarotti

Its really hit or miss depending on who is working. Sadly, the majority of the time theres Messy Prepared Food, Damaged Food/Drinks, and Forgetten Food. With Forgotten Food and Sauce being CONSISTENT per each visit. I highly reccomend stopping in the parking lot to make sure they didn’t forget anything, it happens nearly every time I go. My only other big issue is Communication. Sometimes you get a lot of stuff, and then they hand you a bag and don’t say anything. Like, uh, is this all? I’m not asking to be told to “have a good day” but at least let me know this is everything lol.
I worked in Food Service for 2 years, so I get it. No disrespect towards the workers, I appreciate the hard work you guys put in, and overall, its a better experience than most places in Napoleon. So if you’re reading this, no hard feelings, just think these points can be improved on. < 3

Everytime I go to the Napoleon, Ohio Burger King, whether it’s inside or the drive thru i have been IMPRESSED.
Friendly atmosphere, very clean, food always HOT. I find myself going back often. I fell in love with the breakfast sandwich #8. Good job to the dedicated employees!!!!
