It was surprisingly pretty good. Wifey had tge Smokehouse burger and I the Texan double whopper. We both commented on how the fries were way better than we remembered but the jalapeño cheddar bit could have been hotter temp wise. Service was typical for a fast food joint. The frozen coke tasted off so was tossed. All in all, not bad for a quick meal. I gotta remember to take pics for reference!

We like the food, however several times when we stopped there around 3:30 pm only to find the doors locked. The drive through was open. I have no idea what the purpose of this. We are no longer giving you our business.

Ate here for lunch on Oct 16, 2025. Walked in to a customer who was annoyed, walked up to the counter and was meet by an older lady who must have been having a bad day, I wanted to place a to-go order, and had a couple of questions that were meet with some remarks as if I had annoyed the lady for asking. So I proceeded to order a chicken nugget kids meal, a Jack-O-Lantern Whopper just the sandwich with a small iced mocha , and a whopper meal. After a pan fell in the cooking area an employee screamed, and the older lady yelled back “NO YELLING”. I received my order, and left. After eating, later that evening both my fiancé and I became sick, with symptoms of food poisoning, and became worse as the night and next day went on. On Friday Oct 18, 2025, my dad went to the location on Secor road, later that evening into the next day, he became ill with the same symptoms of food poisoning, he had also eaten a whopper meal. Now I know this is two different locations, but very alarming that 3 people from 2 locations became ill from whoppers, with the same exact symptoms. I honestly will be scratching Burger King off our list of places to eat, but after the atmosphere of the conant street location, I just won’t be returning at all. I really hope Burger King sees this review, and actually looks into their meats, and I really hope more people haven’t gotten sick.

The old adage that you can’t judge a book by it cover is true. The place definitely needs a facelift and the service was a bit slow. But the food was good, one of the best Whopper sandwiches I have had. The fries were just the right temperature.

Ms Rene [claims shes the GM] was rude to me the moment I asked what size a shake was. Then proceeded to yell at me after I added ice to my cup. (I offered to pay whatever was needed for the ice) she then accuses me of steeling slushes when she saw what was my own ice coffee; as my guest confirmed. Then she has the nerve to yell at me “If you continue to backtalk me I’ll call the police”. I’ll never be back.

Just left from fishing at the Maumee River with my family. My son wanted a bite to eat before we headed home so we stopped at Burger King. I just want to say our meals were perfect!!! Everything was hot. No mistakes on my son’s plain whooper with cheese (he’s picky). The kids meal for my other son was also perfect. The fries…The drinks…Stark was an excellent customer service associate. We didn’t even have to ask for condiments, he asked us. Where we’re from we don’t get that kind of experience. Our food is always cold, never done right and they always forget the ketchup. I am in total shock right now. Please give this place the praise they deserve………

I took my niece for a burger. I accidentally ordered a frozen coke instead of the frozen nerd drink. I asked if I could add it at the window when I was paying. The cashier was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I don’t go to Burger King often, but when I do, I’m always pleased with the Maumee location’s employees, personable and helpful.
