The BK on Conant St in Maumee, OH has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered! Just ordered and the lady who had a disgusting dirty shirt literally handed out shakes out the window and slammed the window shut like we inconvenienced her. Even taking the order we felt like we were bothering the staff… it’s 730 on a Saturday night!? I normally don’t review ANYTHING but dang, if you hate your job find something else because the rudeness was uncalled for!!!

Order two double cheese and two medium fries. Drove from Maumee to south toledo . Got home two fries and one double cheese. They wanted me to drive back, they should have sent it grub hub with a new order. Fries were old cold and limp.

Hands down, the best fast food experience I’ve had in probably 20 years. Yes, the place needs updated, but I kind of like the 80s-90s feel. Food was made quickly (again, something that most “fast food” places lack). Staff was extremely friendly.

Beware BK at 713 Conant Street Maumee dining area can close without any notice. We called before going there. The manager guaranteed us the dining would be open for at least more 15 minutes. We arrived before then, only to find the doors locked. We called her. She told us she couldn’t keep the dining area open due to only having 3 employees. She should have told us that on the phone. This manager is incompetent and provides poor customer service. Stay away!
