I’m from out of town we were hungry. Went in there the young man was working all by himself 2 people called off. His customer service skills were great the food was hot and it was like 10:30 pm and 5 more people in line. I just want to say Thank you. For the hot food.

Supposed to be open 24hrs but I stood at the counter for 20mins calling for someone to take my order, but not a single person was in sight or came. Absolute worst burger King on the Ohio turnpike. Management should be ashamed of this and needs to do better.

Management take note, looks like an extremely hostile work environment. Older woman who apparently is just expediting and not actually helping the overwhelmed staff is just yelling about how she hopes the other guys phone explodes, how she’ll run over them with her Jeep. Giving the young lady on the register a hard time for not already knowing the new POS system while evidently not actually helping to teach her.

I agree with ALL the bad reviews! The lady there looks mad and speaks with an annoyed tone. Another worker there had a bad attitude I told him to his face it seems like you don’t like your job because he rolled his eyes getting my order wrong. However the people that made the food were decent. Not spending money there again. The manager needs to look at these reviews and get new workers.
