Best service we have ever received in any fast food environment. The two ladies up front were very welcoming and kind. Made sure to tell us our fries and nuggets would be very hot for our toddler. They substituted chicken fries for my toddlers happy meal because they were out of nuggets and we didn’t want him to have super hot fresh nuggets. Even the crew working seemed to be very team oriented and all around happy and enjoying their jobs! Tremendous job to the crew on hand tonight they should work together more often!

Tried to order the Spongebob bundle for my kids and it was an absolute disaster, asked for no cold foam on the Pinapple frozen drink (they put it on both of them). Forgot to even put the spongebob toy in the box. Ordered a large onion ring, they put extra zesty sauce in the bag and failed to even put in the onion rings. Had 3 drinks and proceeds to just keep handing then out to me (had to ask if they had a drink holder so I could put them in so they all didnt spill) Had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive thru line. Save your time and go somewhere else. Spent 41 dollars to be completely disappointed. Do better Burger King.

I have them almost half the stars because half the time my order is incorrect and I don’t have time to go back for them to fix it. How hard is it to read? Even if it takes a few extra minutes, I’d rather have my order be correct than get it immediately.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Watching the “manager” scream at all the employees & tell the very few customers in the place how everyone is messing up is extremely unprofessional & tacky. Then proceeded to tell everyone to stop what they were doing and give her a minute. Please get real. Whoever is upper management here you guys need to do better.

So went there today let me first say gum on my jr. Whopper. Wish I could give a 0 first order was wrong so I went in and they made me a fresh jr. But the jr. That was wrong through drive thru had chewed gum on it. Called store once I noticed when I was home i calles she said sir nobody is allowed to chew gum here for that reason no one is chewing gum not now lol. She said numerous times drive back down well make it again no whats corporates number angrily she says I’ll call before you to let him know the district manager . I call sent to voicemail 4 times because she had contacted him he felt no concern said he would investigate the issue. He was at a family gathering and said he would deal with my concern later.

My husband and friend went there this morning around 10:30-11 to get some food. A digital coupon wouldn’t work. They had gone inside to explain the situation. The service they received from not only the crew but the management was very unprofessional. The woman manager was very rude and told them “Do not argue with my crew members.” She had no room or right to say that. They were not rude with anyone. I will not be going to this location ever again. Anytime I do come this location the crew members come off rude and don’t care. They constantly make me wait for food even it it is one item. They even hired someone who has no issues of physical assault to someone they do not know.

Lady at the front window was extremely rude never says anything nice just stares at you and gives you attitude the service was horrible and the atmosphere was sad and depressing none of the workers smiled or cared it’s always the same lady during day shift with the glasses
